The food is amazing and the staff is the best! An absolute awesome chef! Must go
Drinks were great ! also the salmon was amazing with a great glaze ontop. have to get the pizza!
Excellent service, great food
A bit loud, made hearing our server difficult, hard to hold a conversation
Everything fine, however noise level was very high.
I love Arde’s atmosphere and the food is AMAZING!!!!
Great local choice in the center of Wayne's beautiful main street. Terrific food and service.
Great service. Great location. Chef came out and greeted our table and was very friendly and made sure we enjoyed our meals! Was a lovely evening and a great setting for making a pregnancy announcement to family ❤
Very Good. Fun Atmosphere. Owners are very nice and involved
Great dinner and overall experience
We look forward to the new updated restaurant! We think your space is ideal, love the interior, need to keep it casual quality Italian! Pizza was good - but needed to be a little crispier in the middle! Glad it’s back on the menu though! We loved the artichokes, burrata, salads, calamari - and the bread with pesto!! Can’t wait to come back when the bar is in!! Happy you are changing the name too!
My friend from high school was in from CA and four of us went for a mini “reunion.” We arrived a tad early but we were seated immediately, and they were nice when our fourth came after us. Service was good, as was home-made bread. Two of us shared the spring salad and all four of us had a decent portion. My entree of eggplant parm was so-so. The eggplant parm was good, but the fusilli was not a pasta that I would have paired with it. Like another diner commented, sauce tasted out of a jar, not home made. My friends enjoyed their meals. Dessert just okay. Not 100% sure I’d go back.
Fresh ingredients and house-made prep makes it all exemplary, deserves "best pizza" award easily. Couple all that with warm greetings and attentive staff makes this a favorite go-to Osteria experience. They now have liquor license and a nice selection of wine. Another "best" award is deserving of their in-house made Tiramisu. Large open space with rustic decor.
Food was fresh and delicious. Service was good, but they seemed slightly understaffed. Modern decor is nice, but doesn't feel "cozy" if that's what you're looking for.
Service was very good and the food was tasty. The menu has a good variety and they had good specials listed. The restaurant is quite noisy, however, and earlier in the evening (up to 7:30 PM), there are a number of children in the restaurant too.
One of the chefs\owners is named Alex. He’s very personable, professional, and interactive. He came to our table several times to make sure we were OK and that we were cared for.
The food was superb. I had the linguine Pescatore. Perfection. Nothing but great things to say. I couldn’t go there several times a week (Money) but I would like to.
Can’t wait to go back.
Excellent experience!! Food delicious, friendly professional service. Loved the homemade bread. Nice atmosphere! Will definitely return again and again!
The ambianc was attractivewith a real peaceful peaceful feel, Alex the chief owner had a great prescence with his dlners. We shared the cheese and meat appetizer fallowed by Clam Linguini. A great evening
Great food, lovely atmosphere, amazing staff. A bit more expensive than I would have liked, but was well worth it.
Very solid neighborhood bistro! We shared the burrata and octopus special, which were both very good, then had the whole branzino, which was deboned tableside with a lemon sauce, and the risotto special (butternut squash, broccoli and Italian sausage) which was very good. Wine list is small, but they allow BYOB for a $20 corkage (fair in my opinion). Would definitely recommend and will be back!
Three friends had a delightful evening sitting outdoor on a cool Fall night. The pumpkin risotto was exceptional as were the chicken dishes. Service was first-rate. What more could we ask for?
We had an excellent dinner at Ardé Osteria. The food was delicious and the service was fabulous. The chef came out to check on all the diners more than once, and really made the dinner feel special. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!!
Great food great atmosphere service very good
Not your typical Italian restaurant much much better
Food took over an hour and 15 minutes to come out. Broccoli rabe pasta dish had what looked to be baby spinach leafs substituted for the broccoli rabe and was literally watery. Very bad. My dish was very hot and very cold in some parts. Typical sign of a microwaved dish. Sauce was similar to what you might find from a can. One other dish was good. Went for my daughters birthday and evening was completely ruined. Dinner took so long that there was little time to do anything else besides go home and go to sleep. They also left the door opened probably to make it easier to server the outdoor guests and the temp on the restaurant probably dipped to 65 degrees or so for at least an hour while waiting for our meal.
Didn’t realize there would be
I have eaten here quite a few times and always liked it.
The new ownership has done an excellent job in refurbishing the menu. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and the house wine for $7.50 per glass is a great idea.
After a rather long, almost an hour, wait between taking our order and filling it, the meal that arrived was very good. I told our server it was worth the wait. The chef came out to introduce himself and we mentioned the long wait. He said there was a large party (12) that took a lot of his time. We were offered dessert and I asked if the cannoli was made in house and it wasn't, so I opted for the gelato, which was grainy and icy. I may consider a return visit but the wait needs to be shortened. Our server was very understanding and did her best.
Wonderful service and food, can’t wait to go again.
The food was very good. The location is accessible by train or car.
Amazing food great new chef!! It’s our weekly dining out place!
So weird. We went twice and the service was terrible. Then it changed hands (or management?), we went back and the service was outstanding, and the food was amazing. We just went back and the service was ok, and the food was mediocre. I think thats it for us.
Wonderful place! Happy Hour is amazing.
We had enjoyed Arde Osteria from a previous visit. I'm not sure if this visit was due to it being on a Sunday or an overall downturn. The service was very slow for a relatively empty restaurant. The food was middle of the road. Our meal was close over 90 minutes which was hard to comprehend as well. We hope the restaurant returns to its earlier form.
I didn’t know that Arde received a liquor license since I brought my own wine. I was charged $20 corkage. Worse was the tiny and few tomatoes served w my burrata and finally even worse was the veal piccata which was rubbery served in a watery grave with over cooked pasta. I have been coming to Arde since it first opened but I doubt that I’ll return now...
Outstanding food and service e. Feels like one big happy team who strive to make the evening memorable.
Very friendly staff. Nice atmosphere we enjoyed all our food except shrimp pasta with White sauce had no flavor, watery clear type broth no adherence to fettuccine whatsoever but we looked past that with overall good food and service
Food was outstanding! Wait staff was personable and very friendly. It’s a Wayne favorite!
Nice selection on menu. We ordered a few things to share and enjoyed each. The Insalata Romaine could have had less dressing and more of a drizzle on it, but was tasty. Branzino was good and fresh.
Our table was ready, the cocktails were erved promptly, the dinner was delicious, and the service (Kyle) was excellent!
Server was terrific. Great celebration
