Excelente,
La propuesta del chef es magnifica, delicioso todo y en especifico el tallarín de langosta.

La atención del personal es perfecta, el lugar es muy tranquilo para pasar una tarde con tu pareja, familia o amigos.

Un lugar muy bonito dentro de lo sencillo , campirano, romántico ,la comida deliciosa de 10👌🏻 los 6 tiempos nos encantaron en combinación del maridaje, sugeridos por Gaby , los meseros muy atentos y amables , comida exquisita , felicidades al Chef y su equipo . Muy recomendable !

I had a magical birthday dinner thanks to the entire staff of the restutant. They had copal burning, which gave the evening such a distinct sent. This was my second visit and it did not disappoint.

Once again, Animalon was over the top! Such fresh, creative cuisine paired beautifully with local wines from the Valle de Guadalupe. Service was perfect - friendly, efficient and fun. Ambiance is the best in wine country - subtle lights amidst the majestic oak tree. Super quiet, except for the music. A touch too loud.
I did feel sad for the servers, however. Wearing one mask should suffice, but two is too much. They need to breathe, too :)
Animalon continues to be our favorite destination!

Estuvimos de visita en valle de Guadalupe y nos recomendaron mucho este restaurante. Decidimos ir, y fue una muy grata experiencia, escogimos la cena de 6 tiempos con maridaje y no hubo un platillo que no nos encantara. Mis hijas adolescentes también lo disfrutaron mucho, sobre todo el postre. Todo excelente, atención, servicio, comida, vino. Sin duda, un lugar que vale la pena visitar.

Bottle of mediocre wine - $100. Only present menu options. Expensive. For example 6 pieces (mini!) set: 1st - Chicken, 2nd - fish, 3rd - shrimp, 4th - lamb, 5th - vegie. 6th - desert. No idea why this was mixed together! Nothing fancy... $70. Very nice setting, good service

Chef Oscar Torres is nothing short of spectacular with Animalón. With all due respect to Javier Plasencia, this guy is the alumni becoming the professor. Food is superb, service top notch and the location below an oak tree is simply outstanding.
