   Nice place and experience. If I lived here it would be a good spot to go to as the food is a good and the experience is a good value. As an out of towner there are better options for a splurge.

   Amerigo always seems to be reliable from a food and atmosphere standpoint. I was there for a business lunch and we were able to communicate without having to raise our voices, but also didn't feel like we were talking to the table next to us.

   Not the most classy place around, maybe best described as an upscale Olive Garden. Portions are big so the value is good. Ambiance and flavor not so much.

    Food was ok, lots of added ingredients that don't need to be added. Just so so Pasta was suppose to be spicy but was more pepper taste than spice

    Always a terrific meal and experience at Amerigo's. We had the arancini for the first time here on our last visit and am afraid that we are now hooked on them! So dang good! Our server Destiny was attentive and knowledgeable and Ashley (manager) was a delight. Thanks team Amerigo's!

    A great little spot that was close to where I was staying. I made a reservation, but was able to get in a bit earlier than our specified time. Our waiter started out a little rushed, but I think he realized we were nice so slowed down and we were all able to relax. The whole wait staff was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. It was nice to be part of that Tennessee charm they are famous for. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted amazing. They also have a nice wine selection. Overall, well worth the visit.

    At first a little disappointed in the delay in being seated, but once we were the staff were very attentive and helpful! The food was delicious! The mood/ambiance was refined and elegant. Priced exceptionally from the type and quality of food.

    The food was excellent and our server was very observant and kind. The restaurant can get a little noisy but the hostess was able to accommodate by providing us a more secluded dining spot for a date.

    My husband and I ate, at Amerigo, on our trip to Nashville. We really enjoyed our dinner. He ordered the fillet and he said it was cooked, just the way he requested. I ordered mushroom ravioli. It was very good. Our server Becky suggested it and I am glad she did. Becky was attentive and accommodating, with any of our requests. If we get back to Nashville, we’ll be sure to dine here.

    Had high hopes for Amerigo based on reviews but was unfortunately quite disappointed. Our service was rushed and I tried to be understanding considering the struggles restaurants are having with staffing but the server seemed put out having to wait on us. My pasta was too greasy/oily to the point of being inedible and the mussels tasted fishy (my bad for ordering seafood in Nashville). Overall very disappointed with the experience and would not recommend.

    Steak was very over cooked. Server did not know how to open a wine bottle. Staff seemed rushed and untrained. Too many places to eat in Nashville. This once great restaurant has hit the bricks. On to the next… Update on this review… the general manager contacted me and has assured me that this experience was due to influx of new servers that are being trained. That is fair and makes sense post Covid. I’m going to give this Nashville institution another shot. The cheese fritters are still always amazing!!

    We showed up fashionably late and they still were nice enough to accommodate us. Food was absolutely amazing...and came out piping hot that we ate a lot of bread while waiting on it to cool down...not complaining! We walked out stuffed! The brownie looked amazing but the taste didn't quite compare to how it looked. Service was wonderful also.

    Outstanding meal on Easter Sunday. The sea bass on cedar plank was simply superb. The fish was cooked to perfection and only lightly seasoned. Very attentive service but not overly intrusive. Just right for a Sunday afternoon meal with your spouse or friend. Ample time to relax and enjoy conversation and a meal. Highly recommend this as a go to place.
