   Loved the specials -- my mother ordered lobster dish and we shared a bit of each others seafood dishes. Enjoyed the refreshing Spritz on the drink menu for a warm Miami evening. Highly recommend the chocolate dessert! Small decadent bites left us feeling satisfied at the end of our meal without feeling heavy or that we overdid it!

   Went there with my wife for New Years Eve dinner. Check-in and seating was prompt. The place is cute, mostly outdoor seating but in a courtyard with lots of greenery and privacy. The menu was very limited, but that could have been because of new years. Food was good, although not great. We had the octopus as the appetizer, which was almost boring in taste. For dinner we had a branzino filet (dubbed Mediterranean Seabass 😊) which was tasty and well presented. The filet was on the dry side (enjoyed the Polenta though). Desert was different kinds of chocolates with some wrinkled up raspberries. It seemed as most of it was pre-cooked or -prepared instead of freshly made. We will probably pay them another visit during a regular week night, just to get some perspective.

    What an experience eating at Alloy - I definitely recommend it. The Tagliolini Truffle is a must have. Every plate looked scrumptious to be honest and the restaurant setting is very intimate.

    This place is simply wonderful, a true hidden gem, as other diners have described it. I went back last week after quite some time since I don’t live in the city, and the food was exquisite per usual. Everything from the Pizza with Foie Gras to the Pasta with Truffle was delicious. They have a curated wine list and the stuff is very attentive. The owners are lovely and always helpful. I will definitely keep going back. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience Alloy Team!

    I had a wonderful dining experience at Alloy! The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. They had an amazing wine selection, and the food and service was exceptional. The Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations to accommodate varying food preferences and palates. We’ll definitely head back again!

    One word: Amazing! A hidden gem in downtown! The ambiance, the food, the quality and the service are worth more than five starts 🤩 everything was delicious!     First time in Alloy Bistro and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The Short Ribs Pappardelle is to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

    I was craving Italian food for my birthday and this was the closest option open to my house. The outside is really quaint and cute with a romantic Italian vibe to it. However, the menu available on OpenTable compared to the one in the restaurant did not reflect each other as well as the prices. I had the short rib raviolis for $42 which were fine but not worth the price. My mom had the duck appetizer and it was too salty. The food was not worth the prices.

    To start the menu is not the same as the one on line. Menu limited with touches of asian, wasabi, soy sauce etc, not a fan, the only truly Italian dish I ate was the side of risotto which was good , vey expensive for what you get. We were the only customers there.

    Our outside table was small and chair not confortable; food ok, trying to be fancy and original, but was a mistake. Sometimes is better to be simple and good. The lobster pasta didnt taste lobster at all. The ambience looks old. I would not come back.

    Alloy was one of my favorite restaurants in Miami, but after not having been there in a couple years this last time really disappointed. We had the spice menu. The good dishes were TINY portions (buratta, tenderloin), the bad dishes larger portions (like the beef tartare which was watery and tomato-y. Ravioli was just ok. Deserts as innovative as they were in the past have now just become the same-old. There seems to be no passion in the restaurant anymore, there wasn’t even music playing. Miami has evolved, grown up and there are too many other good restaurants for $100/pp

    Sadly to the hidden gem we had hoped for. While the food was to a high standard, despite us being the only individuals in the restaurant we had a 10 minute delay for all starters to be served meaning the first ones were cold by the time the last one arrived. While the food was lovely the price dose not match what we received. So over all I couldn’t recommend

    Excellent service and food was great. Although my reservation was for indoors (given the weather and humidity) when I arrived they only had outdoor seating available. It was fine only because they brought out an extra fan and set it up right next to our table. Appetizers and entrees did take a while to come out but was worth the wait. Friday nights seem to be a busy night in general as they had to bring out new tables in the patio area for customers so definitely make a reservation.

    2nd time around the wines we want to order are never available , only the most expensive ones seem to be for sale , so why have a wine list of wines if U don’t ever have those wines ? Also, what is this thing with your bottle water , :The story that Miami water is not good to drink that’s just false , this Restaurant doesn’t let U order Miami water , you are bound to get their bottle water which is very high price $8 per bottle .. & they don’t even ask U if U want water , they just pour & pour huge glasses so more bottles of water are used & continue being brought to the table without you asking , It seems a bit abusive & trying to get extra charges that you do not want . The food is presented gourmet style & although portions are ok for one person , definitely not to share ! Menus are not printed therefore sometimes you just listen to what the server tells you but you have no idea how much it costs until you get the bill. Somehow it is a bit deceiving & that’s the only reason I wouldn’t recommend to go back to this restaurant ! I do not trust them !

    The food was ok. We sat outside to be safer from COVID. However, the courtyard was not well maintained. The chairs looked dirty, etc. There are much better options at that price point in Miami.

    This is not your typical Italian eatery. No huge plates of pasta with mountains of cheese. Alloy creates beautifully presented dishes, with amazingly fresh ingredients. The staff are professional yet abundantly friendly. Most of the courses we tried were somewhat understated in flavor, or if a flavor predominated, it was bitter. Somewhat more balance of salty, savory, or sweet would have earned straight 5s!

    We visited during the F1 weekend, as many of our favourite restaurants were booked up. Not having high expectations, we have been absolutely blown away. Tucked away in a little courtyard, we found a charming little restaurant which surely needs to be experienced to be appreciated. Mindblowing food, warm, caring and attentive service and overall an excellent experience! Thank you!!
