   It is a good restaurant, however, it is not a unique one. The dishes are combined with so many flavors from so many regions. I could not pin point out what kind of restaurant I should use to describe to other people about the restaurant, except it is ok and acceptable. Settings are good and the waitress was excellent. It was a good experience to try out this restaurant.

   This was my fiancés and I first time at the Alchemi. From the moment we sat down to the time we left, nothing nit great service, great food, great drinks, great staff. We will definitely be coming back.

   Johnny and Craig were extremely accommodating for our dinner date and engagement party. The entire staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to make the experience special. The food was incredible and I was impressed by the large portions. The Aviation 75 drink was a favorite of mine.

   Went here for the first time, Service was great, food and drinks which where both amazing had quick turn around, the ambience was great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a night out.

    The restaurant is so beautiful! The hostess was great and very accommodating. Our server, Selene, was amazing and so helpful. The food and cocktails were fantastic and came out quickly. The head chef was personally coming out to check to make sure every table was happy, which I thought was a great touch! You can tell they really care about making the guest experience superb. We would eat here again in a heartbeat!

    The server decided to clean off tables instead of bringing us our drinks or asking how the food was, my chicken tikka came out cold, 25 minutes to get our drinks.. food was good just wish the service matched..

    This Time Wasn’t As Great As The First Time I Cane. The First Time I Came The Food Was Amazing And Very Tender And Flavorful. The First Time I Came Was Around 11PM Or 12AM When They Only Offer An “Appetizer” Menu With About Five Food Options. I Felt As If It Was Easier For The Cooks To Make The Dishes With More Quality During Those Hours Since It Isn’t Super Busy. When I Went The Other Day, I Had An 8PM Reservation And The Place Was PACKED!! The Food Was Still Good, But Lacked The Tenderness And Flavor From Before… I’m Guessing Because The Restaurant Was So Crowded And The Kitchen Staff Was Swamped With Orders. Will Forsure Go Again, But Either When They First Open Or Later In The Night Towards Closing Time To Get That Great Quality Taste Again.

    The best cheesecake I have ever had in my life. Everything was plated so well. The food was great, especially the Burnt Ends, the Dates, and the Lamp apps. We shared them all as a group. I had the Chicken Tikka as my entree. It was okay, but not the best. I'm also not a fan of chicken thighs (I prefer chicken breast), which this dish is made with. The sauce wasn't seasoned enough for me. But everything else was on point. Salvatore, our server, was awesome too. The ambiance was excellent. Would def come back, especially for apps, drinks and dessert.

    I had monk’s garden cocktail and lamb chops. Husband had salmon and a bourbon he hadn’t tried before which he loved (I don’t know the name). Cocktails and salmon were excellent. The charcuterie board was good. Service was great. Ambiance was great. Lamb chops were not good. I would not recommend them. I would go back again as other things were good.

    Positively excellent dining experience. From the basil gin cocktails to the bacon-wrapped chèvre-stuffed dates, to the Johnny’s Black & Bleu Salad to the Michigan Lamb Ragu - each item more impressive than the last. And the chef himself delivered each dish to the table, topped with an edible flower. The decor was beautiful. And Johnny’s is right downstairs - one stop for the entire evening. Can’t wait to go back!

    The service was great. The food was terrible. We split a charcuterie board and they literally came out with it 2 minutes after we ordered. It felt like it has been sitting in a freezer and they just pulled it out upon ordering. They gave one slice of manchego cheese. One. On a $24 board. We had to ask for another slice. If you don’t want to include it just pull it off the board. One slice is super stingy. We split the Michigan lamb Ragu as our entree. It was almost inedible. The pasta was gluey and the ragu had no flavor.

    We decided to try this place based on their unique menu. The food, especially the burnt ends and lobster/shrimp pad thai was excellent! Service was good, but not excellent. We were seated at a a table with dirty dishes and had to request silverware, glasses of water, etc. They did give us a complimentary glass of wine for the troubles. I would go back and hopefully the service will have improved.

    Amazing food, So flavorful, best food I've had by far since moving from Nashville. Finally found a restaurant that cares about flavors, presetation and ambiance. The chef also check on us personally. Will definitely go back and highly recommend.

    Great food! The Lamb chops were delicious and the lobster shrimp pad Thai was very good too. The Gruyère and toast points was a very good appetizer. I wanted more. Definitely recommend. Miles the waiter was very helpful and patient!

    The food was amazing and reasonably priced! The cocktails were a little on the expensive side though, averaging about $17 per drink, although they were delicious and generous. We will definitely be going back!

    Our biggest complaint with Alchemi was the service. We waited almost 20 minutes before being asked for our drink order. It seemed that our waitress was overwhelmed with the tables in her section. The food was excellent and made up for the lackluster service. We tried the dal, NY strip and lamb ragu and were very impressed with all 3. The ambiance of the restaurant was great; however, we were seated on the back side of the restaurant right next to the restrooms. If given the option, ask to sit in the front near the bar. Hopefully Alchemi can work on service/hiring because it has a the potential to be a standout restaurant.

    We had a lovely sever who was very pleasant, attentive but not excessively. She asked if we’d been there before and given it was our first time she offered great recommendations! The food was absolutely delicious-fresh greens, tender lamp and such a flavorful salmon in a “I want to lick my plate” coconut red curry sauce. The setting was comfortable and romantic. We look forward to dinning here again.

    Great food, Miles was an awesome server. Only issue I had was the booths are small for 4 people with coats and purses. The staff did take our coats to hang them up with their coats to give more room.

    I came across Alchemi while searching for something new for a Saturday evening. I had not heard of it previously. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it had been open for over a year and located in the previous location of Mr. B's. One would never know though because it was tastefully decorated and had great ambience. The menu was very creative with a good selection. Our waiter, Miles, was great and had excellent suggestions for drinks and food. The Burnt Ends were fantastic. The Charcuterie app was tasty as well as the Chiken Tikka and Salmon dishes. I will definitely be back to try the Shrimp & Lobster Pad Thai.
