Each dish is prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients for incredible flavor in every bite. Abuelo's offers appetizers and dips for starting the meal, or guests can choose from tapas and small bites that include jalapeno cheese fritters, spinach stuffed mushrooms, bacon-wrapped stuffed shrimp and chicken and spinach mini chimis. Those looking for traditional Tex-Mex can choose from enchiladas, burritos, chimichangas and much more. Check out Abuelo's house specialties for options like the stuffed chicken medallions, enchiladas de Cozumel, los mejores de las casa, salmon Santa Cruz and more. There's also a children's menu, so make sure you bring the kids too.
