Outstanding dinner for our family’s last night in Jasper! This is a must do fine dining experience with a welcoming and beautiful restaurant. The service was fantastic (thank you Lily!), the food was amazing, and the price was perfect. Thank you very much!!

Aalto was our favorite restaurant we tried in Jasper. It is well worth the drive out of town to get there. Everything; food, service, ambiance, drinks, etc. was perfect. Ended up going there again before we left. I highly recommend the scallop appetizer and salmon.

Everything was fantastic. It’s a beautiful spot with a great food and drink selection. The bison and duck were cooked to perfection and the presentation and service was immaculate. Couldn’t speak more highly of this place.

Food of high standard. Ate for breakfast and evening meals for 5 nights. Food of very high quality and staff very accommodating. Menu is different but to perfection.I was unwell in my self one evening, and they were happy to prepare toast and conserves so I could eat something. Ambience and views wonderful. I can thoroughly recommend. Good value.

Memorable. We came here on our last night on vacation in Jasper, requested a nice view and got it so was able to see the sunset over Pyramid Lake while finishing our dinner. Service and food was excellent! Menu was a good balance of familiar and unique items. We tried fish and bison that are not common everywhere. We had a late reservation but did not feel rushed or feel like we were closing the place down. Nice, attentive staff!
