11 Maple is an upscale American restaurant. The setting for this particular little bistro could best be described as rustic elegance. The outside appears to be a countryside farmhouse while the dining room matches that aesthetic.11 Maple's Head Chef Michael Perrin has created a unique menu featuring dramatic plating and the best local ingredients. All of the produce is procured from local farms, while the meats are purchased from ethical and cruelty-free sources. The menu undergoes minor tweaks throughout the year to take advantage of seasonal ingredients. While whole menu items might not come and go, guests will see sides and sauces that periodically change to accommodate for the shift in ingredients seasonal availability. One of the most popular dishes on 11 Maple's menu is the wood-grilled New Zealand elk tenderloin with roasted farro and butternut squash gratin and mashed potatoes topped with a dried porcini sauce.
