Private Dining at Swans Pub

Swans Pub is one of Victoria’s most unique venues for private dining, group events, and celebrations. Located in a beautifully restored 1913 waterfront building, Swans combines historic charm with flexible event spaces ideal for corporate gatherings, weddings, rehearsal dinners, conferences, and milestone celebrations. Multiple event spaces allow us to host everything from intimate dinners to full-venue receptions for up to 282 guests. Exposed brick, timber beams, and warm architectural details create a memorable setting that feels distinctly Victoria. Our team works closely with hosts to create customized food and beverage experiences tailored to each event, with locally inspired menus, craft cocktails, and curated beverage selections. AV capabilities are available for speeches, and slideshows. Just a short walk from the Victoria Conference Centre and downtown hotels, Swans Pub is a convenient and welcoming destination for both local celebrations and visiting conference groups.
