   Elk was the best! Perfect roast, with amazing choice of wine recommended by the restaurant. A very nice Rioja. We also tried the aged duck. If you have it, please ask it to be medium rare.

   We had a DELIGHTFUL dinner. Angelica and Mitch were so attentive and provided excellent service. The highlights of dinner were the elk, salmon, and parsnip soup. We had some amazingly creative mocktails, the view was flawless, and we were the only ones in the restaurant for a good period of the early evening (Thursday night). I genuinely don't know how we could have had a better experience. Highly recommend.

   The service was amazing! We needed up needing to push back our reservation due to traffic putting us there later than expected. The staff was understanding and worked with us. We were there celebrating our honeymoon, and they made the experience such a special occasion. Their food was fantastic and I can not recommend this restaurant enough.

   Great food and drink, ingredients and presentation were amazing. Our Waitress was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. But we could get a bottle of wine, only the manager has access and despite ordering twice, we finished dinner before either. Am interesting decor, if you like a French truck-stop.

    Not only was our food perfect but so were our drinks and our server Alexis. We started with the venison tartare, which was absolutely amazing, accompanied by the roasted celery root, which is unbeatable. Our dinner consisted of the duck which was cooked to perfect temperature, The elk loin with shaved white truffles done table side by the chef and the pumpkin Agnolotti. A perfect setting for family and couples.

    Ate early on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving - Plato's had only 4 reservations for the night, so very quiet. Two days later (Turkey Day) they said they had 60, so we lucked out. Had a gift certificate, so splurged on everything. Fancy cocktails first; my partner didn't like hers much because the ingredients were too vinegary, but that was the first time she had tried one. Mine was super! We had chicken wings and the charcuterie board first, then steak and salmon, and different cheesecake desserts and had to doggy bag some for later. Also had an excellent bottle of white burgundy (didn't even know such existed) which was the very last one in their cellar on a special list. With so few diners, we had very good service, needless to say. There was still a balance on the gift certificate, so will definitely return to use it. Only wish it was not dark outside, as the view is great for the huge glass walls.

    They didn’t have the full menu which sucked but we had their lunch menu, the food was good, wish I had tried their fine dining food. Our server was amazing

    Amazing views. Food was decent. Service was terrible - all of the guests (including us) were treated as though we were an inconvenience for the staff. This was supposed to have been my Birthday dinner date with my husband. Disappointing overall.

    Beautiful place beautiful people lovely staff. Food was just fair, I ordered the salmon it was dry. Hubby had a Rubin and fry’s bland son had fried chicken sandwich, just not tasty. The squash soup was AMAZING though!

    Very nice meal in a pretty setting. Should have made an earlier reservation to enjoy the view since it’s later in the year and the sun sets sooner but overall it was a nice experience.

    Plato’s was absolutely worth the positive reviews and hype. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, especially the specialty desert with 5 flavors of chocolate mousse displayed like a work of art. Our waiter Mitch was a delight from start to finish, providing recommendations for each course. I only wish we were there earlier so we could have enjoyed the view. We will absolutely be back on our next visit to Aspen!

    Outstanding restaurant in a uniquely beautiful environment with a storied history. Those is the second time in less than a month that Open Table has shown just a few open times for a restaurant that turned out to be nearly empty. This is a real disservice to restaurants and their patrons and staff. If Open Table cannot give accurate information perhaps a different service is needed.

    We opted for two items from the All Day Menu and two items from the Summer Menu. All the items we ordered were excellent. The setting is lovely and the patio looked amazing but sadly the patio was closed for weather.

    We went to Plato’s restaurant for brunch, however Sunday breakfast ends at 1000 and our reservations were for 1115. Sunday breakfast is buffet style we were told. The location and view were beautiful. We looked at their lunch menu. It was pretty plain so we went elsewhere.

    Our server Mitch was delightful, he was kind and attentive. The duck confit chicken wings were delicious and each of us got our own entree, no one was disappointed at all! In fact the truffle fries almost made me cry!!
