Located atop the Bridger Gondola at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Piste Mountain Bistro offers an unforgettable dining experience with views of the iconic Corbet's Couloir. Guests can indulge in delicious local gourmet offerings and relax in a cozy bistro ambiance. Complementing the meal are creatively crafted cocktails that elevate the experience while taking in breathtaking mountainside vistas.
Dinner is served daily from 5:00PM-8:30PM, June 15th through September 7th. Reservations are for inside dining only and are strongly recommended. We have a 10-minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 10 minutes after your reservation time.
Please contact Piste@JacksonHole.com for parties of 7 or more.
*Guests with confirmed Piste dinner reservations receive a complimentary ride up the gondola. You must show proof of your reservation at the base.

Fantastic food. I was shocked as I thought it was more of a view is better than the food situation. Our waiter was amazing and handled everything perfectly even though he was clearly super busy. Can’t recommend enough.

I ordered eggplant and the feta and pear tart salad which were both delicious, and the arugula greens accompaniment was fresh. The wait staff was efficient and authentic but one suggestion would be to serve Port wine at room temperature. It was chilled to the extent we had to warm the glass with our hands to allow the taste and aroma of the grapes to be released.

Piste was an incredible, must-do experience in Teton Village. The gondola ride up and down the mountain was a unique way to start and end the evening, the mountain-top views were incredible, and the food and drinks at the bistro were outstanding!

Great views but overall you’re better off going up for a drink and getting dinner anywhere else for the prices they’re charging (given the mediocrity of the food).

We had a wonderful dinner celebrating my husbands birthday. The gondola ride and view from up there was amazing. The drinks and food was great too.

The entire evening exceeded our expectations. It was a big birthday and Jessica our server made sure it was special. The food was amazing. The weather was foggy but the dining area was very comfortable. Would strongly recommend.

Really fun dining experience, you take the gandala up and the view is amazing. Service was excellent and the bison tenderloin was absolutely delicious, a must try! Also really enjoyed our appetizers: burrata salad & pear tarts were both delicious!
