The vision behind our newest ceviche gastrobar is one of a lively place serving bold-flavored dishes, unique cocktails and a vast selection of national and international beers. Inspired by top restaurants in Peru and designed by Celano Design Studio, Pisco y Nazca’s atmosphere is casual, trendy and fun with a touch of subtle sophistication. At the helm is Chef Miguel Antonio Gomez Fernández, whose experience and passion for Peruvian cuisine together with an extensive amalgam of ingredients and recipes from various influences brings an exceptional diversity of dishes to the Pisco y Nazca table.

Exquisite food. Manager was very accommodating with our wine selection. Our menu selection was very well prepared & presented. Only would like to recommend that they accommodate handicapped & elder customers to partake in the Happy Hour in low chairs not high chairs.

Our cocktail drinks came way after our appetizers. I was very surprised being that the restaurant was not full. Then our food came and it was slightly warm. I was not very impressed at all.

I have been to the Pizco y Nazca in Doral and by comparison the Doral crew were much more attentive. The food tends to take a lot of time. But I’m ok with that if the food is good. The food was super salty compared to the same items in Doral. I’ll still come back.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Pisco Y Nazca during Hora Loca. All the appetizers and drinks that we ordered from their happy hour menu were delish and the service was superb. Just a side note, their Hora Loca food menu is only available if you sit at the bar, but that was not an issue as we enjoy sitting at the bar anyway. Definitely a must if you haven't been before. Prices, food, and drinks are excellent!

Host and waitress were horrible, purposely look the other direction to not have to deal with the customer, they dont even acknowledge you are there and then later come by as if they didn’t just see you standing or sitting there

Great cocktail selection. The appetizers such as the anticuchos and causa crocante We’re excellent. The conchitas a la parmesana lacked flavor and not worth the price for 3 pieces served with bread. The pasta with huancaina sauce and lomo saltado was nice but it only brought 3 pieces of lomo… so their portions have to be updated. Overall, we enjoyed it but not sure I would come back, maybe for drinks and appetizers only.

The Fixed Price Brunch Menu is very complete and varied. Everything was delicious. The timing of bringing each course was perfect. The ambiance in the restaurant was very nice and the restau was beautiful. The server was very friendly and helpful.

My party and I tried this restaurant for the first time for Miami Spice brunch and it was DELICIOUS! Our server, Alberto, was great! He was friendly, attentive, and answered all our food/menu questions. It was a lovely experience and we'll definitely be coming back.

Pisco used to be one of our favorite restaurants in the Kendall area, so I decided to take my wife there for her birthday last night with a few friends. Sadly the quality of service has gone down immensely. Cocktails took from 25-40 minutes. My wifes order came out wrong so she didn’t finish her plate and when we mentioned it nothing was done. We asked for water atleast 8 - 10 times and on top of that they charge you a $25 cake fee to then make you cut the cake at the table with a butter knife. After $640 you’d think the service and dining experience would be exceptional, but sadly I think because of the auto gratuity included they felt it wasn’t necessary to insure proprietary service.

If you are looking for a good place to have good drinks, and appetizers, this is the place. I highly recommend the pisco sours and chilcanos. My waiter was great, and it was fast serving the food and drinks. I recommend tequenos, empanadas, the tostones, and plancha pulpo. Please keep in mind that portions are not huge, and you are paying for the ambiance. Best time to go during happy hours where drinks are at half price.

We always have fun at Pisco y Nazca, whether it is for a casual lunch or an outing with friends. They have a really innovative menu and the servers are very helpful in guiding you through the dishes. I really appreciate they showcase unique and very good national Peruvian dishes. Drinks are fun and innovative, including their non-alcoholic drinks! The week-day lunch specials are amazing, you can't get quality like that at any cafeteria lunch chain, so enjoy your lunches and go to Pisco y Nazca!

The floor was disgusting. There was food on the table as well as in the glass of water that was served. We were never offered refills or second drinks. I ordered the adult lomo saltado to be able to share between my two kids however the meat portion was so small. My daughter (who does not eat a lot at all) was the only one able to eat from it. My son had fallen asleep since it took so long. The plate was filled with a very small serving of rice with a mountain of french fries. When I asked about it my waitress said thats the full portion but I will go speak with the cook. She only came back 30 minutes later to provide us with the check. VERY DISAPPOINTING. The ceviche was mediocre at best and the apps as well (causa crocante). My husband's steak was overcooked to say the least. We used to love coming to this restaurant but will not be returning.

I've been at this place a few times and I had a good time, but this Thursday was not good at all. The Bar service was too slow and the drinks wasn't good at all, maybe they shouldn't have the extended Happy Hour on Thursdays if it compromises the drinks quality. I love the ambience.

Our waiter, JP, was fantastic! Always checking on us, making sure everything was good. We had the ceviche in aji amarillo (phenomenal), jalea (super good) and the fideos in the huancaina sauce with lomo saltado on top. The huancaina sauce was very thick and made me feel after one forkful that it was too much. But the lomo was very tender and tasty. We ended with el clasico, which is arroz con leche and mazamorra - which is not easy to make! both parts of the dessert were delicious. The restaurant had their doors wide open and it was very humid outside as it had rained. The whole time at the restaurant it felt very humid and clammy. But other than that, everything was great!

The food was amazing. The flavors were good. It came out cold because we saw our food on the counter for over 30 minutes and no one grabbing it and the service was abysmal. Had to ask the waiter to come more than once. Food was good tho
