Ate there for dinner food was hot and so tasty well seasoned. I had tge lobster mac and cheese while my date had the blackened chicken pasta both portions were VERY FILLING and had enough for left overs

VERY poor experience. Food was good; however, service was horribly slow and inadequate. We were seated next to a 12 top
celebrating a 16th birthday. Super loud. Should have been in a private room or in a spot away from other diners. All other diners were disturbed and given free drinks due to the noise. Food service was very slow.

For the price of the food, we were highly displeased and will not return. We do not recommend.

Like reviews warned me, the food all came out pretty much cold. It also took almost and hour to come out. We were not the only ones, we overheard lots of other tables complaining as well. We were put in some side room and not the main restaurant and it was not nice at all. Paid almost $200 with tip for only 2 people and very under impressed. Our waitress was was sweet though.

Food was spectacular, service was fast and friendly. Bar tender made a good old fashioned. If your looking a nice dinner date spot, you won't be disappointed. My only regret is that we didn't get to visit the rooftop bar. Definitely next time.

We had an early dinner before a concert and then returned after for a nightcap in the bar. Food and service were very good, our waiter , and Chris was excellent.

Our server, Jasmine was wonderful. Our food was less than expected. The bread was old, cold and hard. Two of us ordered the shrimp and grits which had good flavors however the grits were cold and shrimp overcooked. One of us ordered the red fish which was excellent. For the hype and prices we expected better. Disappointed.

Great selection with very good brunch selections all country style food. Great dressing, fried chicken and turkey. Not a huge fan of the pre-made dessert selection, but they tasted good. We loved the Mac ‘n cheese and the carving station as well. Every first Sunday of the month they have a buffet style brunch; the other Sundays they have all a cart options for brunch.

Hour to get our food and it was very salty and cold. Also dish did not come out per described on menu. Wine was old, cocktail was to sugary. Waiter kept apologizing for wait time and acknowledged that the dish was not prepared properly. Nice venue, but would not go back

We had reservations for morning brunch at 11:30 and we were so excited to try it because of the Master’s hype. Unfortunately, nothing went right for us. There was only one table taken when we arrived and yet we were not immediately seated. By 1:00 the place was still 90% empty, which we probably should have taken as a warning sign. We ordered Mimosas and a cheese tray to start. The mimosas were mainly OJ and it took 30 minutes for the cheese tray to arrive. The cheese tray was supposed to come with baguettes but they had no baguettes so it came with crackers. The cheese options were all cubed cheeses, no Brie or hard cheeses, and there were nowhere near enough crackers. I ordered the trout with crawfish étouffeê and was told they had no trout, only redfish. My dish came out with cold vegetables and maybe a tablespoon of crawfish étouffeé. The fish was poorly seasoned. The quality of the food did not warrant the price. I do not recommend PI’s for Sunday brunch. There are many better options.

Wait staff was under manned. Our poor server had to wait tables and bartend and take pictures for people. She (Ashley) was running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everything. Omelettes came out cold had to sent back for reheat so either the kitchen didn’t let her know they were ready or she was just to busy when they were ready. Most place have 2 servers when there is a large party. We had 10. I believe there were a few others that could have been helpful instead of just standing around.

Food is terrible and limited for brunch. The web site states the have prime rib on Sunday brunch but not true. No prime rib but fried chicken only. Crab legs are low quaiity.

We were unable to get turkey and dressing at 7pm on Thanksgiving. They were back to serving their regular menu by then. So we had lamb, rice and beans! Strangely there was no mention of this on their website. And one family of 9 somehow got turkey and all the fixings! We were not pleased with that at all. The lamb was tough, so they took half off the price. I don't know if this is unusual or not. It was not terrible, but I would not order it again.

Salmon for dinner was amazing. Beet salad too much dressing and not delicious. Coffee was too weak. Tasted like water. Server very pleasant!! Ambience felt like the old south!! Also the house Chardonnay in the penthouse bar was much better than house in restaurant.

Great service, mediocre overpriced food, grossly overpriced wine list. The meat and cheese board was expensive and VERY poor quality - basically deli meats and inedible low quality, awful cheese. Might try brunch sometime, however.

I had never been here after hearing not so great reviews, but decided to give it a try. Made the reservation 3 days ahead of time and was called 15 minutes before my reservation time to inform me that brunch didn’t start for another 45 minutes. Of course by that time I was already almost there, and no message was left. You should not be allowed to make a reservation for a time that is not open...

Patience was great sever when she was available.. disappeared often, served grits with fork. Ice cold butter with bread... shrimp and grits riddled with fat/grease from ham... was called gravy however it was more fat that gravy. Blackened chicken pasta excellent.

Even though we had a reservation for 7pm, it took around an hour and a half for us to get our food. We were only a group of 5. I complained & the restaurant only offered us a 15% discount and no apology. The food was great, the scenery beautiful, but the service was horrible.

Me and my daughter had Father’s Day lunch we ordered appetizer/ salad/ and entree we waited one hour and twenty minutes for food to come out and it all came at one time instead of appetizer first then salad and entree’s honestly we could have gotten a much better meal at Shane’s rib shack I was highly disappointed in service and food I don’t know how they keep the doors open with this kind of food and service we just wasted over a hundred dollars on this place I will definitely never go back again.
