Was on a date night and should have walked away when one of the waitresses told me three times I was going to just have to wait to be seated. Once seated it was 15 minutes before our server came by to get our drink order. Once we ordered our wine they brought and open the wrong bottle and was taken back when we told them that was not what we ordered. Then when we ask about specials we were told all the items they didn’t have available at a 7 pm seating. Food was almost 45 minutes after ordered. Was very disappointed and would not recommend at all
Today was just a day out with my kids and I wanted to say the host damya was wonderful she came by to check on us multiple times ! On the other hand our waitress was taking forever and was bad ! Damya came and took our order because the Hispanic young lady never came back after giving us water over all it was great ! Next time we would love to have damya !
Took a long time to be seated for our reservation, and it wasn't busy at all. Seems like it might be understaffed. My husband got the chicken and waffles and loved it though. My breakfast platter was underwhelming.
This was by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my 30 years of being a patron at this hotel and restaurant. Very disappointing in not only the service, but also the wait for our table when we had a reservation and there was absolutely nobody in the restaurant. We waited 30 minutes for a table and over an hour for food.
Celebrated our mother’s retirement with dinner at P.I. And drinks on the rooftop. The staff was super friendly and decorated our table ahead of time. Art of Xpression was live on Saturday night and played classics we could get up and dance to. Such a blast. I will come back next time I’m in town.
The food was trash! We spent $140 and the only thing that felt worth paying for was $25 tip for the waitress.

Excellent food and service. We were seated in a side room that did not have great ambiance for a high end dining restaurant. Understand that this may not be a space generally used but due to COVID precautions need the extra space for social distancing. But could have made it a bit more cozy and personal.

I booked at the P.I. Grill for my husband's birthday. I've been a number of times over the years and the quality and service has always been great. We enjoyed our meal on the veranda and our server was outstanding. I was disappointed that you were out of duck, but enjoyed my scallops and risotto. My punch cocktail was absolutely delicious.
Ashley was outstanding! Really enjoyed our dinner experience. Wonderful food. We had the gumbo, fried chicken and cheesecake. Every bite was fantastic and we sat outside to enjoy the weather. 5 stars all around.
Honestly it was a bit of a letdown. Expecting a great experience it was mediocre at best. The prices were too high for the quality of the food served. We eat out frequently and we’ve had better meals elsewhere. Because of the history of the inn and the menu prices we were expecting a much different dining experience.

Enjoyed the butter fish! Enjoyed the scallops.
Enjoyed the porch bar. Wish Hyatt would spend the money to bring the building up to par. It is a nice setting but needs dressing up to bring it to 4 star.

The P.I. Bar and Grill is a MUST when visiting Augusta! This past weekend I surprised my wife by going here for brunch. I called ahead to see if I could bring flowers by for them to put on our table and the manager, Lashaye, immediately jumped on board in wanting to help make it a romantic and special experience for us. The morning of, I ended up not having time to bring flowers by before my wife and I showed up, but that didn't stop them for helping make it special for us. They put a nice table cloth down, put some flower petals on the table, and lit a candle for us. To really top it off, during our meal Lashaye brought a vase full of beautiful flowers out for us and shared she personally went out and bought them for us! I was blown away by the exceptional service and care we received to make this a special experience for us. Julie, our waitress, did a great job waiting on our table and even shared some fun history with us about the Partridge Inn. The food was outstanding and I can't wait to go back! You are missing out if you don't check this place out. It was definitely one of the best dining experiences of my entire life!
We had a girls brunch for my moms bday. We were seated out on the porch. The service was great. The food was great. The atmosphere was relaxed and we had a wonderful time.
Delicious food, great service and enjoyed the band. If the band could tone down the volume a bit it would be so much better.

Great staff, service, and food. From the valet parking to the kind, patient waitress (Ashely is the best). My family had a great time.
From the ambiance to the exceptional service my experience was amazing!! For appetizers we hade the crab cakes and fried green tomatoes with pimento cheese!! Both were exploding with flavor, the food was nice and hot and all of the ingredients tasted so fresh!! We expected our entrees to be good but what came out was a 5 star meal, EASILY!! They deserve a Michelin Award for the food and experience!! PI Bar and Grill has far exceeded my expectations and they have gained 3 new customers that will be returning regularly!

First time visiting the P.I Bar and Grill and it was absolutely amazing!!! The food the drinks the service everything was great. When I’m back in Augusta I will definitely return!!!!

The ambience and service were outstanding as always. The food was rather lackluster and not really worth the cost. Would recommend stopping in for a drink, especially at the rooftop bar, not so much for a meal.

We enjoyed our experience was very positive. The menu offers a wide selection and our food was very good. We were seated on the veranda which allows diners to view the city and neighborhood. Some may complain of the traffic noise but we found it interesting. Our server was friendly and well trained for the job. We intend to return.
Mine and my girlfriends very first time going here. I called a week in advanced to make RSVP. Then I called back and spoke with LaShay, the manager. I just asked if I could make one simple small request for my table, just a few rose pedals and a lit candle and a nice table cloth. Not only did she add a few rose pedals, she went above and beyond to make our visit extra special. The music playing was perfect for my occasion, the service provided was nothing but over the top excellent. The rose pedals were not just scattered on the table but arranged in a heart shape, the candles were perfect, and the wine was amazing. It could not have been any much better. LaShay and her team knocked it out of the park with their amazing and excellent service. Juan our server was very helpful in letting us know about everything on the menu, and his recommendations . We will be going back very soon. Thanks again LaShay and PI Bar and girl for an amazing experience.

First off, I realize this is a hotel restaurant and you do pay a premium, but on no level did this meet our expectations or reviews.
First, $70 for two omelets, a waffle and two drinks is ridiculous. The omelets were disappointing. They didn't seem to cook the ingredients with the eggs. Just folded them inside. The first cup of coffee was barely room temp and the bloody mary and mimosa seemed to lack any flavor.
It was also a valentine's brunch. Aside from the waitresses wearing heart antennae, there was nothing done to make it special for the guests that stayed at an otherwise fantastic hotel.
Awesome server, Stephanie, steered us to delectable dinner choices. The chicken fried in duck fat was amazing- best comfort food ever. Husband’s steak was done to perfection.
The food was beyond anything else that i have had in the area over the past 6 years. Chef Thomas Jacobs is amazing. The atmosphere is relaxing and there was a band that was not too loud, i could have a conversation and listen to good music. I am definitely going back to binge on the fried lobster tails.

We ate dinner on the porch. Stephanie was our amazing waitress. She answered all our questions and made some great recommendations for our meal. Would come back every time we are in Augusta! Ask for Stephanie!
I was in town for a wedding and had several meals at the PI to catch up with various friends! Dinner one night on the Veranda - DELICIOUS! Brunch Saturday with another Friend and Brunch Sunday with a group of friends. Wait staff was very attentive and the food at all meals was very good!

If you're looking for an atmosphere that's perfect for social distance dining, this is the perfect place. The food is excellent & the service is outstanding!!
Crab cakes were very good-generous amount of crab. Collards over seasoned. Sweet potatoes casserole under seasoned and marshmallow top was burned. Very disappointed in creme brulee. The taste was good however it was undercooked and more consistency of a creme soup. Overall the food was not up to expectations.
I have enjoyed dining here in the past making this experience very disappointing.
Waitress had allnod out tickets wrong. Gratuity was a bit too high.
I have gone to dinner at the PI for the last two weekends; both times the food was very good. My only suggestion for improvement is to add an additional server or runner to the indoor dining section. Both dinners, the service was slow due to the inability of the server to keep up with every table. I hope now that the Grille is seeing more people enjoy dinner they will increase the amount of staff on hand.
