Our waitress Stephanie was amazing and vibrant; very welcoming to us. The food was wonderful and the drinks perfect. Live music and energetic atmosphere
I would recommend this place. It was my husband's birthday and the experience was great. The vibe was good, we had an awesome waitress, the cook was accommodating in making me a vegetarian dish, the food was fresh hot and delicious, the band was awesome. It wasn't overcrowded. on the flip side, I recommend sitting on the deck or far away from the band because the sound is very loud. Other than that, A-1 service! We'll definitely be back.
The food was Outstanding! We had the Shrimp & Grits, Gumbo, Duck Breast and Snowcrab Legs - all delicious, with the Gumbo and Duck particularly shining.
On the other hand, the service was excruciatingly slow. The other reviews had mentioned it, but I didn't pay attention. The problem seems to be establishment wide. Slow to take take orders, slow to deliver the food (though clearly it was served as soon as it came up - no complaints there), and slow to get coffee. They were very quick in getting the bill.
No matter how good the food, this level of service makes it a One and Done for us.
Denasia was a great server!
The evening began rather questionable because after we were seated no server attended or introduced themselves.
After 30 minutes the hostess, Annie came to our table and asked us if we'd been attended to.
Annie went to check and returned to inform us that she would attend to us personally.
She was fabulous! She had ready recommendations and knowledge of the menu items.
She offered us an appetizer for our wait.
Annie's attentiveness and professionalism all but erased the inconvenience that we'd experienced.
Thank you Annie for making our celebration memorable for the right reasons.
Service was slow, food was ok. Will not go back.
The waitress was very professional. The food was phenomenal. I really truly enjoyed my experience and ambience there. The band was great as well. I will be returning soon.
Food was decent. We had the duck breast which was very good. We also got the appetizer sampler and the fried green tomatoes did not come with any type of aioli or sauce. They also had a very limited selection of draft beer.
It was our Anniversary dinner. Stephanie was our waitress. She is absolutely awesome. It was like she knew what we would like just by talking about the menu before we ordered. It was our first time there. I ordered the Duck breast, with potatoes and broccoli. It was awesome. The deviled eggs were amazing. Hubby had the NY Strip. His only complaint was that it could have been more flavorful. Afterwards, we had a glass of Peach Moscato and went to the rooftop. Amazing views. The computer went down before we went to the rooftop so we were unable to pay for our meal first. They allowed us to go to the roof while they worked on the system. When we were ready, back to pay our bill. Ms. LaShae (maybe spelled wrong) is the manager and she was so welcoming. Because of it being our first time and our Anniversary she wanted to make sure we were pleased. We thank both Stephanie and LaShae for the awesome customer service. We will definitely be back. God bless!
A truly unique dining experience. This is Augusta's secret and I am thrilled I discovered it.
Stephanie was excellent, recommending outstanding menu options and providing gracious service. The breeze on the veranda and view of the city were the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and romantic dinner for two. Just before we left, live music began, adding the right touch to the lovely evening.
Food was very good , service was liking but maybe they didnt have the help they needed.
We sat outside on the verandah by choice; the road noise was a bit distracting, but being in the fresh air on a beautiful morning was pleasant. The staff was friendly, but we had to ask multiple times for salt and pepper and additional syrup. Our waffles were overcooked, but they gave us new waffles when we pointed it out. The omelets, grits and other food was tasty.
I would have given 5 stars but the live music was WAY TOO LOUD!
This was the perfect experience for my birthday celebration
This was honestly one of the best restaurants I have been to. The food was excellent, it was the best steak I have ever had. The service was top notch and the live music just made the whole experience enjoyable.
We had the seafood gumbo, shrimp and grits and crab cakes. They were excellent and I would recommend you try them.
Olivia did an outstanding job answering questions and providing services! Will definitely book again!
I was staying in the hotel, so I really selected the restaurant for convenience. However, my server was outstanding, as was the food. I’ll definitely be back!
Super slow service. Big disappointment
Great food and wait staff but kitchen was slow which made our wait person uncomfortable. We did our best to make the wait person feel at ease and she was amenable.
The food & atmosphere was great.
Mothers Day buffet was out of this world.
Food and the service was absolutely wonderful
Not organized, dirty atmosphere, cold food, dirty plates, no soap in the bathroom.
Really not enjoyable.
Lost all southern charm.
We had Mother's Day brunch at the Partridge Inn. The food was well prepared and tasted good. Our service was excellent but harried. Our server was very busy clearing tables, etc. We were seated at a table for 6-8 and we had a party of 3. Had we been seated at a table for four the whole experience would have been better. Hostesses should be aware of this. There were no flowers on the table and for the price of the brunch I would have thought a small glass vase with a few stems would have been nice. Parking and access was very easy. While I may try again for dinner I would not return with a small group for a special event.
Visited this restaurant for Sunday brunch on Mother’s Day. Every member of our party raved at the quality of food, great variety of options and customer service. This a great choice for high quality dining. The food was outstanding.
Everything was simply divine! The atmosphere was conducive for an enjoyable dinner. The food was excellent and the service was top notch. My family and I had a wonderful time.
Best brunch offering I have seen in Augusta. Great value
Ashley our waitress was AMAZING ! She was very attentive and helpful!!
The entire staff was amazing! We had great service and really enjoyed the Mother’s Day brunch.
Annie Was The Best, So Sweet & Helpful. The Whole Staff Was Great & The Food Was Great. I Loved It. I See Why People Come Every Weekend. Thank You Annie For Your Beautiful Personality. You Shall See Me Again. I’ll Make Sure I Ask For You!
Despite having a reservation, we were seated 30 minutes late. Att first the hostess even tried to seat us at a dirty table. You could tell the staff was hustling but every table showed disappointed patrons waiting for food, drinks, or even to be acknowledged. After waiting for another 20 minutes, no one had yet to greet us or even bring water, so we decided to go somewhere else knowing we’d be served better and faster.
Awesome great food love atmosphere
Wonderful old building and hotel with an up to date restaurant. Roof top terrace a big plus. And dined on the balcony
Wonderful views, great service and food
The server was super friendly and the scallop dish was the best I’ve had in a while.
We had a reservation for 7:30 for 4 people (2 couples). We arrived on time and were seated right away. A few minutes for drinks orders and almost 30 minutes before we ordered our meal. 45 minutes later, we were informed by our waitress that the fish of the day was no longer available. 45 minutes after ordering to find out you don't have something is a bit much. We didn't receive our appetizers until after 8:30 (an hour after we were seated) and didn't receive our entrees until after 9pm. We had a dinner reservation for 7:30 and didn't eat until after 9pm..... and it wasn't piping hot either. Obviously, something was up but it sure seemed like everyone was okay with it since no one said anything at all. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
The waitress was awesome they all were .They seated us and accommodated us with all of our needs the young ladies Damya , Lashaye and Ashely the took care of us .
Wonderful place for Sunday brunch, especially on the porch. Dinner and drinks or appetizers and drinks listening to the live music is fantastic.
Exceptional experience! Will definitely be back again!
Lobster was not cleaned and had a very strong fish taste
Everything tasted like fish including the broccoli
Lobster Mac and cheese didn’t have much lobster except the one on top.
Steak was over cooked the first time
Definitely felt like we were ripped off in the amount of money spent and still leaving hungry.
The only good thing was the drinks.
