Most restaurants in Vail are closed during the off season - happily, Pepe's stays open.

Our server did nothing to elevate our experience. The food is phenomenal but she didn’t explain or describe anything for new diners. Our wine didn’t arrive until after dinner was served. Her attitude was “whatever”. Food was great though. No dessert offered. Whatever.

The food was delicious and our server was amazing. I love her accent. The hostess was the problem. I felt racially profiled. I got reservations and when I got there she was like are you sure you want to eat here. Then she said would you like to look at the menu before I seat you. As she handed me the menu I handed it right back and asked to be seated. She was rude but sat us. I would recommend the food just get ready to explain yourself if she gives you attitude.
