Everything wad perfect from start to finish. For starters we had the octupus which was fantastic and generous portion. Branzino was very tasty and my husband just loved his filet mignon cubes. Can't wait to come back!
Superb meals and cocktails.
Great food, always. Love this restaurant. Never have been dissappointed.
Food was great as always, service also great and a very nice evening.
Lighting to exceptional cocktails, wine and food that was seasonal and elevated. Very polite snd knowledgeable staff. The entire evening was an absolute pleasure and we can’t wait to go back!
Service was excellent, friendly and professional. Ambience was great, with enough noise to make it feel like you were in a bustling restaurant but not too loud that you couldn’t have a private conversation without having to raise your voice.
The food was excellent and although it is a focused menu, it offered great choices and something for everyone. High quality ingredients and presentation was excellent.
As far as cocktails go, I can't resist ordering the Wildwood each time. Layers of cucumber and apple flavors are not diminished in the mixing; it never ever disappoints. The Crispy Brussels Sprouts never disappoint; served hot and full of flavor. The Heirloom Tomato Stack was not at its very best last night. The corn did not taste fresh off the cob as on previous visits, but rather frozen from a bag. I have had this salad at least 6 times and this is the first time I was disappointed with the corn. The Thai Style Tofu is beautifully arranged for a presentation which tastes even better than it looks. I can't wait to return to order this one. Our server was Chuck who could not have been better. This is one of my top 3 places to dine in Westlake Village.
Nice staff from the hostess to the very professional waiter. The menu is small but with a good variety and you can’t miss with any of the choices.
The Citrus Avocado salad is so good I would’ve liked a larger portion as an entree.
The salmon was cooked perfectly and the fried chicken was moist inside and crunchy outside with a wonderful sauce. Can’t wait to go back. It’s been a long time since we were able to say that about a local restaurant!
Sat outside on patio. Nice music & heaters
Needed to change my reservation so I called and the woman that answered was very accommodating. Mike our server steered us in the best direction for an appetizer and entree's. Had a pretty late reservation 7:45 so the place wasn't super crowded. Only complaint is that our entree's weren't hot. They were warm at best but the flavor made up for that and we were able to eat it without sending it back. We had the fillet and lamb chop for our entree and for dessert we had the peach cobbler which was amazing. Definitely will return.
Great experience and flavors.
The food & service are always outstanding. Love their cocktails too!
First time at this restaurant;the food was fabulous

First time dining at Pearl District and it was amazing! The food was delicious, the service was outstanding and the restaurant is beautiful! We will definitely be back soon!
Pearl District never disappoints! The food is decadent without being overly rich and the service is always exceptional. We are already planning i po ur next visit!
Awesome food and drinks. I took a friend here for her birthday and she loved it. Service was awesome
Love this place!
We enjoyed a delightful dinner at Pearl District. I highly recommend the pork chop with grits. Our waiter lMichael was attentive and personable.
Great food and service. Definitely the highest level of any restaurant we have eaten in in Ventura County. Pearl District has the level of sophistication you usually only experience in a metropolitan area.
Local gem, run by a professional restauranteur and chef. There is a nice outdoor patio, although off a parking lot, it is decorated with plants to create a lovely outdoor dining experience. Every appetizer on the menu is superb and we often create our own tasting menu from this variety. The flavors are very flavorful in this fusion cuisine. Entrees offer a nice variety as well, the lamb, beef pasta, seafoods are all excellent. If you have room for dessert, the cobbler is a favorite and perfect for sharing. Last but not least, the bar is well stocked and the wine list offers many boutique wines, something for every taste and budget. Staff service is relaxed, appropriately at attentive and helpful. This is one of our favorites. If you want food that is inventive, flavorful and different from the standard steak house and Italian restaurants, this is might just be the perfect dining experience.
This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we loved the entire experience. The cocktails, appetizers, entrees and desserts were exquisite. We have a new restaurant now in our group of favorites.
The wife and I went to Pearl District for the first time last night and it was exceptional. We started with the Duck Confit Pancakes (amazing), pork belly appetizer special (fantastic). We shared the Roasted Beet Salad (very good). For entree's we had the Pork Chop (wow, will order again) and the Rack of Lamb special (lamb is my favorite and I've never had better). For dessert we had the wonder bar (awesome!!!). Their portion sizes were huge, so we over ordered, but hey were having a great lunch and dinner today too. Service was impeccable, we sat at the bar and would do so again.
The restaurant is very cozy and it had a nice sophisticated ambiance. A couple of the starters were delicious but overall the food was good not great. Everyone was very nice but, everything was just a beat slow. No one at the host stand, drinks took a long time to come out and so on…
I loved everything about this restaurant. The food was delicious! The service impeccable and overall a grand experience! I the crispy skin Branzino which was outstanding and my husband had the Pork chop over a bed of creamy grits. So good! I also appreciated their safety protocols and felt very safe on the well sectioned patio! A+!!!
Really fabulous food and service. Love the patio. Have dined here many times and it is always perfect. One of the very best restaurants in the entire area.
Excellent all around as always.
Exceptional—really enjoyed while staying at 4 Seasons Westlake Village.
Very great tasting food and value was great. Service was attentive. Only issue was we felt rushed as we had a 1st seating. Food came out rapidly but too fast, if that’s a thing. Maybe some customers like that but we prefer some time to slow down. We even told our server to take his time. We sat outside which was nice.
Friendly staff from the Hostess to the Waiters and busboys. Food was excellent! Coming back next week.
Our server (Michael, I think) in the dining room was fabulous. It was our anniversary and he made it a great experience. The food was excellent. We went to the bar for an after dinner drink. We sat at the bar and we’re the only two guests in the entire bar. There were 2 bartenders and both basically ignored us. We finally asked if we could order a drink. Bar staff needs training on customer service.
Good food, slightly expensive
Pearl District never disappoints. The staff were all great, the drinks were amazing and food was perfect.
July 2021 review - Pearl District remains a solid choice in Westlake and very popular - their wine list is very well thought for California ....the food although still very good has some consistency issues where they may overdo sometimes rather than going for cleaner flavors - have the Tuna Tartar for sure and the fish dishes tend to impress.....
I really enjoyed the layout of the space. Dining spaces are broken up into different sections that make you feel like you aren't just part of a large space. I loved how it was together, but definitely felt more intimate space.
The food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the duck confit appetizer and mushroom appetizer. I enjoyed the pork chop with the roasted corn-cheddar grits and smoky BBQ sauce. The crispy skinned branzino and crispy tangerine sesame chicken breast entrees were amazing, as well.
We thoroughly enjoyed dinner at Pearl District. Gina, our server, was very attentive and provided good info and advice about menu options. We started with a couple of hand crafted cocktails--Manhattan and a Mezcal Paloma. Both were delish. I had the stuffed tofu and my wife had the pork chop. Both entrees were beautifully presented and had fantastic flavors. We also had tuna tartare and shishito pepper appetizers. Both had wonderful flavors. We look forward to our next visit to Pearl District.
We love Pearl District, the people and the food. But I was disappointed to have 2 dogs at the next table, one with loud obnoxious barking multiple times. Everyone goes out to a place like Pearl District on a Saturday Night for a nice dinner and drink. The restaurant should be enjoyable to all guests, not just one table with barking dogs.
Food and service was excellent! Chris was an excellent waiter!
Great menu. Tough to make decisions on the menu throughout. Definitely gives you a reason to come by again. And again.
