Insalata Di Piazza
Mixed salad with cannellini beans and beef tomatoes tossed with extra virgin olive oil, topped with crispy bacon and chicken and a caesar dressing.
Folded pizza with ham, spinach, mozzarella and tomato brushed with garlic butter.
Tomato, mushroom, spinach, salami, olives, boiled egg and mozzarella.
Amazing as always! Always great food, great atmosphere and great people. I won't hesitate to return (again)
Lovely place in a perfect location. Great food and service. I would have only changed the background music to some tunes more inkeeping with the restaurant style (Italian music?) and probably slightly lower since it was already difficult to talk due to the restaurant noise! Other than that very good experience ☺️
Very disappointed food was ok. We sat upstairs staff attentive one of our party sent food back as his food wasn’t cooked from fresh he felt it had been left for a while (he has been in the food industry for many years). This was rectified. We used to love this restaurant for its warmth and great food. It didn’t live up to our expectations no breadsticks and a slimmed down menu with no specials, Sorry but this could be any pizza chain!
Such a lovely place with amazing friendly staff, food was quality.
Fantastic food yet again lovely atmosphere will be back
We have visited many times and have never been disappointed.
Great for adults and kids - nice family run restaurant. It’s our ‘go to’ when it comes family dining.
The food took over an hour while other diners had their starter and mains and on one occasion the bill.
When the food did come I asked why has it taken so long the lady just laughed. I honestly didn’t know what to think. I didn’t get an answer.
The food was like warm and was basically soggy pasta with a very watery sauce with what looked and tasted like pre packed sandwiches chicken slices just thrown on top. We sent it back and they offered to change it so we had the mozzarella salad which came out looking like it had been dropped on the floor.
I really wanted to love this restaurant as it’s very beautiful and had good memories from our previous visit but never again.
They took the price of the mains off the bill but still charged us for the thimble sized pot of olive oil with a few olives in it.
Horrendous experience and wouldn’t go there again even if it was free.
The restaurant was full and very noisy don’t think will book again for a Friday evening
Amazing restaurant in the heart of Birmingham. Great service, amazing food and wine. Could not ask for a nicer venue to get with my girlfriend
Pasta Di Piazza is becoming our 'Go To' Italian restaurant with friends or family.
Food is always excellent and the service remains great too, whether seated upstairs or downstairs.
Lunch or Dinner always near the top of our list and plenty of choice on the menu to allow frequent visits, which is a good reason to keep going back. Already looking forward to the next visit.
Nice feel to the restaurant and staff were attentive and helpful. It did get very loud the later in the evening it got. Food was served very fast, did not wait long at all which is good and food was served hot. The food itself didn’t have an awful lot of flavour and was abit expensive for what it was.
Wonderful food and super service -something for everyone on the menu - lots of pasta options, pizza, risotto, salads and meat-based main courses. A little gem of a restaurant in a lovely location.
Excellent meal as usual. Friendly but efficient staff and great food.
Fantastic food, great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Definitely recommend
Wonderful service and beautiful restaurant. It’s a shame the food was the only thing lacking. Food was fine but a couple if the dishes were disappointing.
Lovely traditional Italian restaurant with a lovely ambience. The service was very good, as was the food.
Food and decor are excellent, friendly dedicated staff and cosy evening. One of my favourites in Birmingham!
Very busy for a Wednesday, which is great to see for the restaurant and reinforces it's popularity.
Waited a bit longer than usual for initial service but our waiter did a good job as it was very busy.
Lovely food and service. Very loud if you like that kind of Italian atmosphere. I would go back.
Lovely restaurant, I have been a regular visitor to this Italian for many years. It never fails in terms of food quality and service.
It was lovely to visit this restaurant again after some time. The food arrived promptly and was very good. The atmosphere is lovely there and the service was excellent.
Pasta di Piazza is a timeless classic. I have been dining here for over twenty years and the food and service are consistently good.
Great food, great place. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
Lovely restaurant and excellent food - love the ambience of this place. 2nd visit here and will definitely be back!
The atmosphere was brilliant. The waiters and waitresses were outstanding. Couldn’t ask for better service. Overall enjoyed the night.
Food is so tasty, good range of menu options. Waiters are all really friendly and catering. Food came pretty quickly and the atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely. Recommend 100%
Fantastic friendly service beautiful surroundings and amazing food
Food was great, large portions, reasonably priced, staff were very friendly, love the decore and ambiance, and I’d definitely return!
Excellent food and excellent service
This was our first visit, and we were made to feel really welcome. Food was delicious. Would recommend.
A really nice place for pastam really appreciate the quality
Delicious food and great service
Good menu choice
High standard of service. Food served hot and, tasty and good sized portions, drinks reasonably priced.
Lovely building, which is maintained to a high standard. Waiting staff were very pleasant and too too gushing. The food in general was well presented and my starter was tasty. However, my main course of risotto was on the bland side and was a bit too gloopy.
Girly dinner, was really nice food. Felt like we were on a date, was great!
Best Italian food I’ve had in Birmingham. The restaurant itself is also really charming and looks just like a restaurant you’d find in Italy.
Fantastic food and service. Highly recommend and I look forward to returning in the near future.
Another great meal, will be back again in the near future.
Really nice place for dinner with an atmosphere. Pasta was very good.
