   The food at Panzano is excellent! Their chef is also sensitive to dairy and gluten issues which is important for me. My husband, who has no sensitivities, absolutely loved his pasta. We shared the Brussel sprout appetizer, which is one of our go-to’s at any restaurant- but Wow! We both agreed that this was our favorite of any Brussel sprout dish we have had at any high-end steak house in Denver. Our server, Chris, was amazing! She easily shared her opinion with us when we inquired and even changed out my drink when I didn’t love it. We will absolutely be back!

   We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious drinks and food. Our server, Carlos is outstanding! Please bring back the grilled Caesar salad! I’ve been a long time guest of Panzano and it never disappoints!

   The last time my husband and I were there was 20 years ago and have been wanting to go back. We had that opportunity on this trip to Denver and we were not disappointed. Wonderful service from all and the food was as delicious as we remembered.

   Panzano is one of our “go to” places. The food and service is always very good and the price is reasonable. Our only concern this time was that we felt that the offerings on the menu were a bit lacking. The other thing was that the fish dish , which was quite good, was overwhelmed with celery root, which was not so good. Our server was terrific and overall we had a very enjoyable birthday dinner.

    Overall I say Meh. The food was pretty good but the server dropped a drink, the glass broke and it spilled the drinks over 2 of guests. She was apologetic. Then they got the latte order wrong…wrong milk. They never brought a coffee we ordered and they didn’t apologize for all the issues.

    Food was EXTRA salty. Asked to sit at a different table and they said it was reserved yet we were there for 2 hours and nobody sat at that table. Been there one other time and I had a much better experience compared to the one last night.

    From the minute we walked through the revolving doors, the staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. They made the experience very personable and individualized. In addition to exceptional service, the food and drinks were delicious. I highly recommend the Brussels sprouts as an appetizer, as well as the tiramisu for dessert. I ordered the pappardelle dish with prosciutto and added grilled chicken per the waiters recommendation, and it was a solid dish. My other family member ordered the short ribs, highly recommend as the flavor combinations were on-point and the meat perfectly cooked.

    Great dinner! Stopped by on our first night in Denver and split a pasta and pizza - pasta was incredibly fresh and light and loved the meat pizza. Great recommendation on. Super Tuscan bottle!

    Our service was outstanding! Our server had great suggestions, prompt service, friendly attitude. Food was good but a little pricey for Italian. Also sat in a booth which was a bit cramped, would recommend table seating. Focaccia appetizer was great!

    What an amazing dinner! Carlos was an attentive, helpful waiter. James the manager was incredibly helpful, suggesting the Fra Diavolo which I was hesitant to try at first. How fresh could the shellfish be in Denver? Well, I am SO GLAD I ordered it!. The entire dish was packed with freshness and amazing flavor! The shrimp were flavorful and cooked perfectly. So was the other fish in the dish! The Tempranillo was the perfect wine to accompany the dish. I am so happy I made a reservation and ate here. Please add it to you 'must go' list when visiting Denver. I'll be back another time.

    Food is amazing! The decor was a little dated and it did get very loud and hard to hear at times, but I got so lost in using that bread to soak up the sauce from the chicken and gnocchi that I didn’t care

    Ate here before COVUd. It was wonderful. Last night the food was very salty. We were very disappointed. They did not bring bread with the meal either but we saw some in other tables as we were leaving. Would not go back.

    Focaccia was a small loaf of bread. Panzanella was also unusual, with apples and fruit it wasn’t Italian at all. The fish was excellent.

    Panzanos has been one of our favorite restaurants for years. The service was great but the food was terrible. I was so disappointed that one of my favorites has gone downhill in the quality of their food. We used to do the chef table before Covid and always enjoyed the amazing Italian food. Last night the manager was rude and I couldn’t even eat my entree it was so bad. I ordered the Di Parma and I would not have it again.

    Service was great. The bolognese was good but I’m a bolognese connoisseur so I thought it could have been less salty and more meat. I’m disappointed they no longer offer gluten-free bread. Great wine. Had the J Lohr Hilltop.

    We went to Panzano to celebrate our anniversary and first date night since having our daughter and it was an outstanding experience. Our waiter, Carlos, took great care of us, made wonderful recommendations, and made it a pleasant evening. The food was outstanding, and I especially appreciated the ample gluten free offerings!

    Hadn't been to Panzano for several years, but the food was as good as we remember. Service was exceptional. Our server was fantastic - friendly and prompt. Our water glasses were never empty, and the head chef helped deliver our meals. When we needed to run to make our Colorado Symphony performance, they turned the bill around immediately.

    A disappointing dinner. The server was knowledgable, attentive and competent, but that was all that was really nice. First course portions too large for an individual (though the fritto misto was good). Pasta with shrimp and (supposedly - I didn't find any) crab was seriously overcooked and gummy. The wine ordered from the not-that-long list turned out be gone. Nothing was really bad, but then, nothing was good enough to make me want to return.
