This was our first time at Oceano Bistro. We asked for and were seated on the veranda where the tables did not feel crowded together. We ordered a bottle of wine to start- it was delicious and nicely priced. While we were going to order some items off the menu, after our server told us about the specials, we tried a couple of them. The cherry tomatoes with goat cheese and balsamic dressing were excellent. Pumpkin swordfish was a special topped with various melons and with a papaya risotto- it was amazing. Service was attentive without being overbearing. We will definitely go back.

I have been an Oceano fan since it's inception. The relationship with many of the servers is like an extended family. Robert (the manger) goal is that your experience is top notch and Amur (the owner) adds the icing on the cake with his personable table conversation. Never have had anything short of delicious, and the salmon is consistently cooked to perfection. During peak Pandemic times, we supported Oceano with curbside pickup, but feel like I have come home since returning to the in person restaurant experience. Simply The best!

not sure what was better the food or the service! wow! even tho they don’t typically offer valet the manager valet our car upon arrival when we struggled to find parking (and had my parents who have a hard time walking far). our waitress was super sweet and knew a ton about the menu/food available. so patient with my elderly parents and answering lots of questions! salmon, halibut, and tuna were unreal! best dinner out i’ve had in awhile! thanks y’all!

Absolutely everything we had here was superb. Sea bass and trout were prepared perfectly. Prawn appetizer is to kill for. Went on a Friday night, place was packed (that’s good news today). Therefore a bit noisy, but not obnoxiously so. Our waiter was excellent. He definitely steered us towards a great dinner.

Requested a particular bourbon and although unavailable the manager offered to leave and purchase the bourbon himself to accommodate my request. Now that’s is why this restaurant has a loyal following as well as excellent food.

Service was an afterthought, we were approached about 15 minutes after we were seated by the server who apologized and too a drink order. After the meal came and was brought to us by someone besides our server we were asked one time when we were done if the plates could be removed and then given the check. Your team should be better than this. The lack of service was unacceptable especially for Mothers Day! I won’t be back on any special occasions.

First off, the food was amazing. The sea bass and halibut were perfect. We ordered oysters to start, both sauces were perfect toppers. Bread with an aioli/oil dipping mix perfect. The French martini and the Black martini were very tasty. Only issue, we were sat right next to the service station on the “patio”. Nothing ruins a nice dinner more than having someone’s rear end in your face as you’re trying to have a nice conversation or enjoy your dinner. When being sat the hostess said it’s quieter on the patio which is true but be warned if you can only have that table. Strongly recommend they remove that table.

I have been taking clients here for lunch for years. you would think the amount of money that I have spent at this restaurant that the concierge or the owner would know who you are b/c of the frequency? I am in the service industry and I know who butter my bread, just saying.

Our experience at Oceano Bistro was exceptional. The atmosphere was refined but not stuffy, and the waitstaff was attentive but not overbearing and certainly didn't make us feel rushed. The menu provided a variety of options, all of which were appealing, and they had a very extensive wine list. Overall, it was a great night out and I would certainly return.

We enjoyed our Oceano evening celebrating our 57th anniversary with our good friends, the Mathews who were also celebrating their anniversary. We began with our very dry gin martinis with your excellent fresh bread rolls. Whoever mixes the martinis for us deserves a 1st place medal! We appreciate the staff - and Robert and Amer. They always make us feel welcome and special.

Attractively appointed restaurant with a great enclosed terrace. Food was beautifully presented . Charcuterie board was not impressive but our server described it as more than it was. She had a hard time pronouncing charcuterie as well. The Big Eye Ahi Tuna was, in our opinion, a bit overcooked. The description from the menu and the manager both were that it was “sushi grade”- which to us meant raw delicious tuna. It was not so flavorful. Probably should have ordered the Alaskan Halibut. Service was okay, but I had to ask 3 times for lemon to put in my water. If ever back in the area, we will try it again.

My significant other and me had a delicious dinner last night at Oceano Bistro. We were celebrating my birthday and the restaurant certainly made it special. We had a lovely booth tucked away in a corner. There is ample space between the tables and booths so that you can have privacy. The food was absolutely fabulous. I had the Sea Bass with Risotto and it melted in your mouth. My significant other had the Shrimp with Pasta and the sauce on his pasta was excellent. He also had the Crab Cakes for an appetizer and he thought they were very good. I had a dessert of my choice from the menu complimentary of the manager. What a nice birthday surprise. I chose the Bread Pudding with a scoop of ice cream. Once again it did not fail our taste buds. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed this restaurant. The service is great and the ambiance is too. We will definitely return for dinner and to purchase some gift cards to give away to friends and family.

Our waiter was excellent. We were greeted at the front door with a smile. Food was outstanding. Will be on our regular list now that Covid has decreased. We have been regulars over the years but so happy to see this restaurant survive.
