Even though I had a reservation a week in advance and there where more than 5 free tables, I have received the worst table possible, a table of two besides the wall.
The food was excellent and the service was good but not great.
The music was VERY loud and unpleasant making conversation very hard.
Due to all of that, my overall score will be 4/5.
Food was spot and service exceptional!
Waited 5min to be seated so no issues with that. Food was amazing, but the music was so loud that you could not talk to each other. But will def. come again 👌
First night in Dubai we had dinner in NusrEt and sadly it was the most disappointing start to our anniversary trip!
Long before we arrived I booked the table for my anniversary. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were told our table wasn’t ready and to wait at the bar. So whilst at the bar we ordered drinks, the bartender was friendly and polite.
We were then taken to our table, we ordered grilled salmon, grilled asparagus, burger, crisps and a bottle of still water.
The asparagus and water didn’t arrive, we told the waiter and were informed that we should have reminded him!
A place like NusrEt that can charge £10 for asparagus and £10 for crisps, couldn’t even remember a simple order!
No apology was provided by the waiter and such a terrible experience at NusrEt! Wouldn’t ever go back and definitely never recommended it!

Wait too long even if booked so probably wouldn’t recommend. Food is really good however but by time you are seated you are too frustrated to enjoy food . Also was charged 390 aed for a round of 3 drinks whilst waiting at the bar for th table which is ridiculous
Everything was lovely here, only thing that was not was the wait our table was at @9 we got the table at 10.

Wir haben den Tisch auf 21:00 reserviert und waren pünktlich da, jedoch sind wir gebeten worden zu warten, nach 45 MIN haben wir unsere Tisch bekommen. Der Service war super bis auf eins, was den ganzen Service überschattet, ein Rookie hat unsere Hauptgang schneiden dürfen... Entäuschend, da dies eigentlich das Highlight dieses Restaurant ist...
Jedoch war das Essen sehr seeehr lecker und auch, meiner Meinung, das Geld wert, ABER nur mit dem richtige Service
Whilst I have been a big fan of Salt Bae and the massive internet hype around him and this place since first visiting Nusret in Istanbul many years ago. This place is just ridiculously expensive for no other reason than because people are silly enough to pay (Including me) and its of course the place to be seen on Instagram. Considering you are going to be paying a price to the equivalent of a 3 Michelin star restaurant in London (Potentially more) you would expect not to be treated like cattle and shuffled over to stand and wait by the bar in a mass of unorganised chaos paying £25 for a glass of prosecco. We waited over 40 mins to be seated even though we booked for 9pm and watched people walk in off the street and just give the manager type guy a wad of cash and get seated immediately. When asking the dowdy lady wondering around aimlessly holding an IPAD and trying to get people seated she basically would just look and at me and shake her head for making us wait, no polite apology or even just raising an apologetic smile? Once seated the food was great and of course they make a massive show of everything that is served to you which is fun and adds to the whole experience and there is no doubt the food is tasty and great quality but £95 for a ribeye and £15 for some accompanying chips is just a little crazy in my opinion. We had a bottle of what would normally be a reasonable priced Rioja but paid £150 for it in Nusret Dubai? I appreciate alcohol is expensive in Dubai but It would be no more than £35 in a restaurant in London. I'm of course glad I have been and can tick the box and we really enjoyed the food and the experience but we left with a bad taste in our mouths at paying £500 for steak & chips for two with a bottle of wine. Crazy Crazy prices but fun and food is good!
You still need around 1-2 hours waiting from your reservation time. Especially in the evening - night

This is the worst experience ever, I waited for 45 mins with no reply from the staff. They just saying to wait, the staff are not helpful, telling them that im waiting for 45 mins they are replying to check their colleague. Didn’t expect this from such restaurant and I didn’t have my dinner at nusert I left the restaurant. I went to Scalini instead.

Came all the way from Australia and Salt Bae was planned be one of the main highlights of this shopping holiday. Having visited the restaurant every time in the past few years and been following Nusr-et on Facebook. However this time is a disappointment mainly because of the service. I expected one of the Turkish guys who know how to serve the meat to bring the slow cooked rib and lokum fillet we ordered. But the girl who took the order actually served the meat who knew nothing about the Nusr-ret style for serving the meat. I was a bit disappointed. Also although the slow cooked rib good, the lokum beef fillet was really small and nothing like what the picture on the website or what we had last year. Though will still visit the restaurant again

“The” place for meat. No discussion. Excellent service, reception and table assistents in perfect sync.
Only, on thursday and friday night, it’s not a reataurant. It’s a disco with food. Forget about slow food, forget about conversation, if you are on a romantic occasion it’s not your venue. Noise above acceptable, queue on stanging guests waiting to be seated.. .
But again, do it! Try it! Absolute priority in dubai to-do-list. Just choose other days..

Not possible to access to a table without one hour long waiting in the crowd despite réservation made far in advance and reconfirmed twice.
The waitress at the entrance just explained you, it is part of the concept and un ou should feel Happy to be there.
We just gave up and left facing such a professional misconduct.
Had a booking for 9pm wasn’t seated till 10:15pm not acceptable in any restaurant Especially when expected to pay the amount you do. There is no system to the seating and you’re just lied to and told 10 more minutes. Have been here many times and the food isn’t what it used to be. It’s lost it’s touch. The mayhem that we arrived to wasn’t compensated in any way. Poor all round
Es wurden viel zu viele Reservierungen angenommen. Daher mussten die Gäste trotz Reservierung im völlig überfüllten Barbereich über 60 Minuten auf ihren Tisch warten. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass das lange Warten auch bei Reservierungen zum Konzept gehört. Da uns schlußendlich trotz Wartezeit kein Tisch zugeteilt wurde, haben wir den Besuch (wie etliche andere Gäste auch) abgebrochen. Fazit: Wenn ich bei Opentable eine Tisch buche gehe ich davon aus, dass die Reservierung auch eingehalten werden kann. Opentable sollte seine Partner hier besser überprüfen.

Generally, I do not write reviews. However, in this case I would like to prevent someone from what is sure to be a disappointing experience, the hype is just that. I went as one soul.
Despite reservation, was asked to wait and basically forgotten about upon entry. I was going to just leave but finally seated the second time I complained.
I ordered a regular strip steak, mushrooms, water and two glasses of house red wine. Steak quality was fine but size was minuscule for price. I paid just at 1000 AED for my dinner.
The environment was noisy, chaotic and I was not even asked if I would like a desert or post dinner aperitif. In general, I have never experienced such poor service for the amount of staff hanging around.
The proprietor, Salt Bae” was there but should forget “selfies” and concentrate on the poor organization. I was shocked at the poor quality of my experience.
My recommendation: Don’t go. There are too many great Restaraunt’s in Dubai and you can probably eat twice for the same cost.
Booked atb9:30pm arrived 9:25. Was asked to wait and shunted aside by a manager that was not happy about dealing with disgruntled patrons also waiting for their bookings. When we asked how long it would take. They shrugged and said up to thirty minutes. It was a complete demonstration of mismanagement and unprofessional conduct.
Deliciosa comida, lugar y ambiente. El dueño un tipazo con todos. Lo unico malo fue que estamos Molestos por que teniamos reservacion a las 9:00 pm y nos hicieron esperqr una hora y media para pasarnos. Muy mala organización por pasar a otras personas.
Welcome and reservation process a complete shambles. Rude welcome, no interest in sitting you on time and completely disorganised
However once you got beyond that and you sat at the . table, the service, food and experience was amazing
We had a reservation at 9PM and waited 50min (with children) and the lady at the reception had even no time for us her only words where (Wait), I'v been in restaurants in several country's but this was a bad experience.
At the end we left to another restaurant.
I'v been @ Nusret before but this was the last time, There are other restaurants where they have more time for the clients.
No More Nusret for my and my family, we prefer to spend our money somewhere else.
I have booked for my guests and they came and they were told there is no booking even though they had the confirmation number it was totally insane to send a confirmation number and tell them that they dont have reservation
It shows how miscomminication is between open table and nusret whicb starts to make me doubt to make reservation again thru it
All i can say Disaster..
It was quite an experience and would love to go back after winning the lottery to try every dish they have.
Arrivi all’ora prevista e fai un primo check-in. Dopodiché sei invitato ad aspettare 40 minuti in piedi al bar in mezzo alla gente che va in bagno ed ai camerieri che portano avanti e indietro piatti sporchi. Quando finalmente, dopo un secondo checkpoint ti siedi, ordini e non ti portano nulla se non quello che hai ordinato dopo un’altra mezz’ora. Niente pane, niente salsine, niente stuzzichini, niente patatine, niente di niente nonostante avessimo ordinato 2 cocktail che tra le altre cose erano in un bicchiere da whisky (ma più piccolo) e con un unico cubetto di ghiaccio gigante che praticamente riempiva il bicchiere. Quindi il cocktail in realtà era circa 1/4 della misura normale usata in tutti i cocktail bar. Arrivata la carne, te la lasciano al tavolo e ti vietano di iniziare a mangiare in quanto deve arrivare il tagliatore ufficiale (se hai fortuna è Nusr-Et, quando c’è).
