First visit now last visit. Food was served luke warm, not hot. Tom Yom Soup was luke warm after 15 minutes as was the rest of our order. Food was not better than other similar Thai restaurants for quality and quantity. Not worth the price, especially for seafood. Food was also not spicy, it was bland and to spice it up we were served 3 small spice to choose from. Not allowed to order from happy hour menu, which was restricted to bar area only. One of the waitress kept pacing back and forth as if someone was going to run away and not pay. We were served in back on the restaurant away from the hostess view with no windows just walls.

It was so amazing the food was great the service was wonderful there’s a group of us from all over that got together and they really paid attention to our needs made suggestions when we asked on types of food and temperatures I will go here again and I definitely will recommend it

I work nearby so it's not my first time here on lunch. Our server was ok, but she seamed stressed. Later we found out that she is new. She really did her best. Low review is due to manager. I order prosecco and it was flat (like there were no bubbles when server was pouring and when I tried it was not carbonated at all....which isn't a big deal...maybe it was frozen or it was open for a bit...whatever...I took a sip and tlld the server. When she told the manager he just started justifying that she just opened it. I don't care, just check and you will see it's flat. I mean I just wanted a regular prosecco. Manager changed it but he started argue with me and convincing me that prosecco is not supposed to be bubbly since it's not a champagne. I couldn't believe my ears. If your product is not good, just check it before arguing with me...Like seriously...

Authentic and delicious. As an adventurous eater, even I was surprised with the selections. Service was awesome. Will definitely be back next visit. For reference, we had the salad platter, Thai leaf salad bite, lamb curry, and drunken noodles. Loved everything.

Really delicious food, but the service was so rushed. Our entrees arrived while we were still eating our apps, they asked if we wanted dessert half way through our entrees, then started clearing away our plates before one of us had finished eating. We were in there for just over an hour, when we really wanted a leisurely dinner together. They weren't near closing time or full so not sure why it was such a rush. I'd eat there again but definitely ask them to slow it down!

The service was great and the food fantastic. The only downside was being seated in the strangest wee room - there were only 3 tables. There was no atmosphere in there and service was a bit slow at the start but got better (this said I’d rather be in that room than outside the restaurant)! I’d still go back again as the food was exceptional but would ask to be seated in the main restaurant.

The pad Thai was mushy. The waiter ignored us until we ordered an expensive dessert. The chocolate dessert although pretty was thick and difficult to eat. Someone seated near us ordered some table side interesting Lu prepared food. Apparently we missed the boa on what to order.

Delicious as always! A must visit when in Hawaii. I recommend the coconut curry, crispy garlic chicken and the pad thai. Although, everything was great. Aside from feeling a little rushed at the end of our dining experience, which was only 1hr and 12min, we loved it and will return.

I liked the restaurant, the food, and the waiter but the busboy came by every few minutes asking if we’d finished. It got a little annoying because it was constant; every couple of minutes, he kept interrupting our conversation; at one point, he leaned in to take a dish, and we hadn’t even finished the dish. Very rude.

The food was delicious. Definitely an American-influenced Thai restaurant, but very good satays, rice rolls, and Penang curry. Service was typical for Waikiki. A little rushed and not that personable. And the ambience is lacking. Lights are way too bright and it feels like you are in a mall as there is not much of a view to the outside, just to the food court in the mall.

We loved this restaurant so much, we went back the next evening! The food is delicious and the presentation is exquisite. We had the Fresh Rolls served with a fabulous peanut sauce. The chicken satay was extremely flavorful although it was a bit overcooked. Again, the peanut sauce was divine. The Crying Tiger was superb. The meat was tender and the dipping sauce was complex and perfect. The Angry Ocean was another tasty dish. The My Thai Mai Tai is a great drink to enjoy while dining at this lovely restaurant. The wait staff is professional, friendly and very helpful. This was a perfect dinner-twice!

We ordered the Thai Leaf Wrapped Salad Bite appetizer which was the perfect choice to go with our cocktails. We also had the Pineapple Fried Rice with Prawns and the Drunken Noodles. All of our dishes were delicious. This was our first visit to NOI and we plan to add this lovely restaurant to our itinerary the next time we are in Honolulu. The service was great too!

We love Noi Thai. The food is very good, the service is excellent but the air conditioning is on so high you can feel ice cold air blowing on you. We ended up sitting outside in the mall walkway. Too bad. It’s beautiful inside. Not sure why restaurants in Hawaii have icy air conditioning.

The food was less than impressed. Pork dish was so dried and hard to chew, feels like eating jerky. The egg shell appetizer was disappointing. Also the actual price on the check was higher than the menu, we were not told before seating until we pointed out after paying.
