Middle Island Restaurants

We’ve been there four times now and I’ve enjoyed every single item I’ve ordered. I’m not exaggerating. I really do mean every item from appetizer through dessert, not to mention the Old Fashioned they make smell like a fireplace. The scallop filled stuffing on lobster night is particularly tasty. The wait staff is engaging and personable, often indulging my charming wit. Note: the main room is very (!) loud as it is dominated by the large and lively bar area, often filled with 30-40 somethings coming in after work. However, there is a side room that is nice and quiet if you’re not that animated. Overall … one of our favorite places.

Everything and everyone at Karvers was perfect. From the quick & friendly seating by the hostess, the attentive and professional table service (Kelly), the delicious Shane's Hazy IPA, to the busboys prompt cleaning. All perfect!

Upstairs has better apps and the bartender was great

The food and service were excellent. It was an enjoyable experience.

It was our first time to Side Street Dive and we are HUGE Rocky Horror Fans so having this epic Rocky Horror evening was soooo fun! The service was great, the performers were engaging and on point with their show and attention to detail! We had a FABULOUS time and will absolutely come back for another experience. My ONLY downside was the drink selection that was included should have included fun Rocky Horror themed drinks not just well mixed drinks, beer and seltzers. Thanks for the amazing evening at Side Street Dive! 💋
