Original Joe’s is always an experience, from entering to sitting, being served, eating to being waited on. It was a birthday dinner to definitely remember. The entire staff is friendly, attentive, professional and always makes sure that everyone is taken care of.

We LOVE Metro Lafayette. The best oysters and tuna tartare. The most attentive staff. Kid friendly. Fresh air patio in the back and a parking lot that makes this such an easy yes compared to trying to find a spot for other restaurants along Mt Diablo Blvd. Cat, the manager, has high standards and a warm heart. Our favorite family spot.

Food and ambience perfect. A very enjoyable evening. Sweetbreads were crispy on outside a moist inside. The duck with the wine grapes was delicious just the right amount of sweetness from the grapes. Wine pairing completed the meal as well as the desserts. Thank you Chef for another memorable evening

This was our 2nd time eating here and we are amazed it is not more crowded. The food is uniformly good and the service is attentive but not intrusive. We love the roti with curry dipping sauce and the noodle dishes are wonderful. This time we tried the Pad See Ew and the Volcano Thai Basil - excellent. The Volcano was more than enough for 2 to share for lunch and still take home some leftovers. The ambience is a bit plain, but nice and comfortable for a 2 hour lunch with conversation. We'll be back.
