I asked her a few questions about the wine list and she graciously brought us samples of the two wines we were considering. Now that's class! I have been immobilized in a sling for rotator cuff surgery and she volunteered that the kitchen could cut up my food for me. I ordered salmon and was able to eat with my non-dominate hand no problem. We had a lovely dinner and have plenty of leftovers for another dinner!
