I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pisco y Nazca, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable meal.
A huge shoutout to Joe, my waiter, whose attentiveness and knowledge of the menu elevated the evening. Joe’s friendly demeanor and impeccable timing made me feel genuinely cared for. He provided thoughtful recommendations, answered all my questions with ease, and ensured my glass was never empty. His professionalism combined with a warm, personal touch made all the difference!
I also want to recognize Rose, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail and genuine passion for guest satisfaction was evident throughout the evening. She checked in with me personally to make sure I was enjoying my experience, which added a wonderful, personalized touch to the evening.
Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely phenomenal! Every bite was bursting with bold, fresh flavors. I tried the Causca sampler, Apollo Anticucho and Pork Tostones. Tostones hands down were the most favorite!!
