Top notch as always, service and food. We all had something different off the menu and each item was incredible. The rainbow trout was delicious, truffle sarchetti stuffed pasta was full of flavour and the chicken appleby, as always was amazing. Eddingtons is an experience that never disappoints with an enjoyable atmosphere every time we go.

Went out before a show at Centennial Hall and had the pleasure of eating at this great restaurant. We reserved our table , arrival we were seated promptly and had a nice quiet corner. Service was amazing and the food exceptional. Thank you so much , I will be back!

We had the best time at Shale Ridge. We reserved the swing tables and had a great experience with the wine and cider flights. The pizza’s with hot honey were outstanding. Thanks to the staff who served us they were amazing. We will be back!
