Alfred's is a pop-up restaurant brought to you by Dose Coffee. Our aim is to provide exceptional hospitality, service, food and drinks in a casual, fun and intimate atmosphere. Alfred's is a place to come as you are and enjoy everything from a glass of wine & homemade focaccia to a multi-course dinner with family & friends.The kitchen is led by Head Chef's Ivan Blackwell and Brad Johnston with a focus on Italian inspired cuisine that's designed to be shared. However, we also won't mind if you'd just like to enjoy a bowl of gnocchi all to yourself! The bar is led by founder, John Pierce, who has carefully curated a list of old world wines alongside classic cocktails with a twist. We are a small and intimate restaurant so large dining tables are limited to 6 people. Alfred's is the place that we wanted to go to but it didn't exist; so we've created it. Enjoy.

    Our 4th visit to Alfred's, no surprise that it was phenomenal. This is far and away the best dining experience in town at the moment. These folks are nailing it, right down to the perfect Tuscan red wine pairing. Service is absolutely off the chain, it feels very intimate, and it feels like every detail is being looked after. Chapeau to everyone who's making it happen at Alfred's, we'll be back!

    The food and service was outstanding. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the waitress brought us each a flute of champagne. What a great surprise. My favorite steak restaurant in Revelstoke.

    Great meal in Revelstoke. Fun atmosphere, but can get quite loud for a small place as there is little to muffle sound. Menu was very creative and truly enjoyable. It's a 3 course prix-fixe and each of the courses was well done.
