My daughter and her friends were eating before prom and a customer told their server that he would pay for their meal to make sure they had a great prom. They did indeed have an amazing night made even better by this kind gesture.

Steak could have been cut with a fork. It was excellent. I had the filet and it was perfection. The crab/lobster soup was amazing. Place is pretty and best of all, a bit more affordable than other comparable restaurants. I will be back for sure!!!

We have been going to The Village Anchor for many years. This is the first time we have been back since the changes to the menu have been made. I prefer the old way the menu was and how the food was prepared, but other than that, it was a wonderful experience. The service and ambiance were excellent and overall, we enjoyed the food. It just wasn’t quite as good as it used to be.

Enjoyable experience. Walking into Steak and Bourbon you get an immediate feel of the atmosphere. Low lighting, classy decor. We loved the saxophone player. It was the first time I've experienced an edible butter candle with rolls. Our waitress was sweet, personable and professional. I ordered the center cut filet with brussel sprouts. Food quality, presentation and taste did not disappoint:)

Grassa Gramma delivers a delightful dining experience that harmonizes traditional flavors with a modern twist. The Harissa Mussels offer a zesty kick to start, followed by the creamy Pasta alla Carbonara that perfectly represents classic Italian comfort. The Old Grand Old Fashioned cocktail is a must-try for those who appreciate a well-crafted drink. Duck Meatballs introduce an inventive flair to the menu, while the Bone Marrow indulgence is a nod to the culinary adventurous. The Beef Cheek is another highlight, tender and flavorful. For wine enthusiasts, the Mocali Cabernet Sauvignon (Sauv. 124) is a noteworthy selection. Rounding off the meal, the Chicken Française' stands out with its succulent preparation. Whether it's the attentive service, the eclectic menu, or the charming ambiance, Grassa Gramma impressively satisfies the palate and promises an exceptional dining experience.

Discover Crestwood

Having been named one of America's most desirable places to live, Crestwood, Kentucky is a beautiful and inviting city that happens to boast a fantastic food scene. It's difficult to say whether or not this food scene helped Crestwood earn the aforementioned honor, but it certainly didn't hurt! An array of specialty Japanese, Cuban, Italian, Mexican, and Chinese eateries can be found in the city, as can numerous breakfast cafes and coffee spots. And while these establishments are great, Crestwood's real culinary strength is more than likely barbecue (and meat generally). All throughout the city, seasoned grillers carefully prepare top-quality cuts of meat per the customer's specifications; the result is a meat-lover's paradise. If you're looking for a taste of Kentucky, consider trying two of the state's most popular dishes, burdoo and hot brown.
