Ordered steak rare . It came out not even pink . Continued to cook/sizzle on serving platter till it was well done . My party was situated within 2 feet of another party . Noise level was too loud for my party to carry on a conversation . Server was good

I had the appetizer portion of the fried green tomatoes and crab for my meal and it was OUTSTANDING. So good. Since I was solo, I sat at the bar and ate so I didn't get to experience the dining room or wait staff. However, Charlie, the bartender was busy but attentive and very nice to chat with.

I was disappointed with both the food quality and the level of service. When the server noticed that my plate was still full, I explained that the pasta was extremely salty and not enjoyable to eat. Rather than acknowledging my concern, apologizing, or offering to have the dish corrected or replaced, he simply took the plate and asked if I wanted a to-go box.

Possibly the most delicious porterhouse steak I have ever had, and my companion and I also said that his gin martini and my vodka martini were possibly the best we'd ever had! And we've had a lot of martinis. This place is old world in the very best sense. Loved it.
