Each piece of sushi is flame-seared using a blowtorch and binchotan (oak charcoal), resulting in sushi with a smoky aroma and a melt-in-your-mouth texture.

very dark inside the restaurant can't read the menu clearly. And the neighbors spoke very loudly. The food is good.

Oshi sushi maintained its exceptional taste. Tofu in the salad was cold, dry and tasteless. The ebi fritters did not have the usual crispy crunch exterior……one bite and all the batter collapsed. Only 12 patrons in the restaurant 6:00 pm on a Friday night ?????

Excellent quality and great service! We sat at the sushi bar and got to see how well run the kitchen is! Excellent food and quality even with a dairy allergy. Our server recommended things and made sure we were 100% confortable! Overall, couldn’t be better.
