We were staying at the South Point for a conference and had tickets for The Wizard of Oz. We went to Michael’s to save time and it was an amazing experience we didn’t quite have all the time to enjoy. Atmosphere was old school Vegas classy and service was exceptional! Food was very good and cooked perfectly. You need to come hungry and have the time to enjoy the full experience. They packed some excellent desserts for the wives to take with them.

We had heard from friends that Michael's was a throwback to better times, and we learned last night that it was true. The people make the difference, from the bartender who served us while we waited for our reservation time to arrive, to the man who seated us, right through the entire meal all of the staff was exemplary. A special nod to the main waiter/sommelier who handled the tableside service (a lost art) to the support staff, everything was stellar!! The room is quiet, which appears to have been the intended design. The food was superior - we had Caeser prepared tableside and the lamb bougetiere both of which conjured earlier times when food was a form of art and presentation was an essential element of the food trade. If you have a special occasion and want exceptional food and service - reserve at Michael's. You won't be disappointed.

Michael’s Restaurant is simply the Best! We had a fabulous evening and our visiting guests were impressed by the friendly, attentive service and the sumptuous dining room with stained Tiffany-style glass and aristocratic furnishings. The food is extraordinary - bone-in fillet, Dover sole, and mega-shrimp cocktail! For a memorable special occasion, Michael’s is the place!
