   I ordered the lobster roll. It was so overcooked that most pieces were brown/black and dry. The drawn butter made it edible. I did not want to send it back as it was a Friday night around 6 and our food came out at about seven. My companion enjoyed her salmon. Our server checked on us several times.

   Excellent crab cake and stuffed shrimp (topped with crab imperial). Cole slaw fresh and sautéed spinach very flavorful. French fries were just okay but not worth taking a star away. Fair pricing. Very clean inside.

   The service was delayed and average. While the food was tasty, it was overpriced. Or, more accurately, the wine was overpriced. The ambiance was nice, but a bit noisy. I’d rate my experience as a 3 or 3.5 out of 5-stars.

   Absolutely the most unexpected horrible restaurant experience. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left, it just kept getting worse. Our reservation request was not accommodated. We were told that our reservation was given to a party who reserved after us. Then we were told that they don't work with opentable. We had to ask for absolutely everything, napkins, water, plates for food. The waitress did not write down our food order and made multiple mistakes bringing us the wrong food multiple times. Not a single mistake was on us at all yet the more mistakes they made- the Ruder we were treated. We spoke with management to correct mistaken dishes. Thing so we did not even order were brought to us instead of what we ordered. Other meals completely missed. Our waitress then apparently left- i suppose her shift ended. No one told us- no one took over service to our table. The bar tender who was actually the worst person we experienced was horrific. No drinks the majority of the night. Not a single apology. Nothing accommodated on our bill. One family actually orders carry out regularly. Everyone in our party agreed we will never return. It was unbelievable. Shame on you Michael's.

   Wonderful wait staff and servers ! My salmon appetizer was skimpy and dried out with only the smallest possible of cream fresch on it and minuscule bits of egg . My friends cheeseburger was great so lesson learned order simple ! The Irish coffees were superb and beautifully presented !

    Dinner was fine but disappointing. We came for lobster dinners and was told there were no more lobsters. We had a 6:00 reservtion and find it hard that they ran out of lobsters in such a short time. We made due with what was on the menu, but would have preferred the lobster.

    Music in the bar (only place we could be seated) was like a Friday night disco. My business meeting turned in to a lot of repeating ourselves. Food was sub par at best. We had to go up to the bar 3 separate times to ask for refills on our drinks because our waitress was clueless on how to manage her tables and side talk with other employees. Would recommend new menu options and some experienced staff hiring

    We were celebrating a birthday. The restaurant disregarded the table-type request and made no mention of the birthday at any time.

    Always top shelf at Michael’s. Cisco is probably the most under rated bartender in Maryland. Great menu offering Prime Beef!

    Our server was great. The food was good and the prices reasonable. The reservation asks if you’re celebrating a special occasion and I indicated that it was my birthday but it wasn’t acknowledged. Honestly! They aren’t the only restaurant that does that. I don’t know why the app asks.

    Everything was great, as usual! However, we went after 8 pm and there was a live band in the bar. Although they were excellent, it was a little loud for conversation. Looking forward to our next visit!

    My girlfriend and I were there with friends celebrating birthdays. The service was outstanding and the food delicious. We can't wait to go back!

    I went to Michael’s Cafe for Sunday brunch with a couple friends. The service was good and the food was tasty. I’ve been here for brunch, happy hour, and dinner and always have a good experience.

    The food was very good as usual and the 3 of us had very different items. The drinks were were well made. The server was excellent and she was always there if we needed anything. The only downside was a large table in the room with us who were very loud. I can only suggest seating larger groups in the bar area. I know it's problematic to ask people to settle down in a restaurant. I would definitely recommend Michael's for the excellent food and service.

    This was the first time my husband and I dined here together. I had the Chilean Sea Bass which was delicious! My husband had the stuffed shrimp with a side salad. His food was delicious too. They seated us near the restrooms and bar so there was a lot of noise and traffic. Otherwise, very good experience. We share a slice of Smith Island Cake for dessert. It was rich and very good. The cream of crab appetizer was mediocre at best.

    We enjoyed the Valentine's Day menu. I had the Saffron Seafood Scampi and my wife had the stuffed shrimp. Our server Alyssa was attentive.

    The service was lacking. Everything was slow. The food was delivered by someone from the kitchen (never a good idea), so we had to ask two people to ask our server to return because I needed a sauce for my overcooked fish. I wanted to get a different side dish than the cold scoop of mashed potatoes side dish that I didn't want or expect. We waited awhile for the side dish and it came after my partner (whose birthday it was) had finished his meal. I asked to speak with a manager who said she would take care of things. When the check came, I asked the server if the manager had seen it. She said that the manager had deducted the price of the sides, WHICH CAME WITH THE MEAL ANYWAY! A completely disappointing evening.

    We visit Michael's several times a year, but this time it was quite disappointing. The food, especially the crab imperial was poor and my daughter even had a case of indigestion which lasted through the night. The salad was good because it was simple.

    Went there for the first time. Loved everything! It is on the pricy side but the food and service were great. Had the best octopus EVER! Will go back just for that alone! Gets a bit loud but we went early.

    We usually enjoy our dining experiences when dining at Michaels. Our waiter, Dan was outstanding. He was polite, respectful, attentive and quick. He asked at appropriate times if we wanted refills on our drinks or if we had any needs. Pleasant without being overly chatty. In my estimation, he is the model for how an outstanding wait staff should behave and perform.
