Sublime represents the Guatemalan cuisine at its best. We enjoyed the journey through all regions and its tastes.

Really enjoyed our final meal in Guatemala at Casa Escobar, based on a recommendation by our previous hotel owner. The service was impeccable - especially our very friendly sommelier, who gave me a tour of the wine cellar room! The only downside was our seat being next to a window overlooking the car park, so we didn’t feel “part of” the wonderful decor inside. But the food and service made up for it. I’d definitely recommend Escobar to anyone else I know going to Guatemala.

I have dinned in the past in Carpaccio, and I confirm then and now that is a great restaurant with high quality dishes, well served and quiet ambient.

The view is the first thing you can notice, is beautiful! Then the service, is the best; since you come in you feel welcomed and they are always making sure everything is fine or if you need something they are open to assist you. Also the food is so nice, we tried Salmon was spectacular and also a dessert! I totally recommend Jamaica to drink, was delicious! After all i recommend you to visit this place with people you love and it will make it way more special! :)
