Our steaks were cooked to perfection, sides and salads were delectable and the staff were welcoming and professional. As a bonus, the bar’s booth seating allowed us to follow the KC Chiefs game.More infoRuth's Chris Steak House - AlbuquerquePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Albuquerque•4.6

- IIanNew Mexico •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe Male waiter Alex definitely made the experience more outstanding with instantly lighting a candle for more ambiance. The food here is my top three in all the restaurants in Albuquerque. I ordered my same lamb loin meal to go after finishing the original order. Been here 4 times now and each experience is just as professional and relaxing with the great tasting seasonal food that seems to really change the only thing that doesn’t change is the outstanding service!! 10/10 highly recommendMore infoSeasons 52 - AlbuquerquePrice: Expensive• American• Albuquerque•4.8

Discover New Mexico
If Mexican-style cuisines were rated on a scale from Tex-Mex to truly authentic, New Mexican cooking would fall somewhere in the middle of that continuum. A style all its own, it relies heavily on two things: cheese and chiles. In this state, chiles and the sauces made from them come in both red and green varieties. While red chiles have a bit of a kick, be forewarned that green ones are hot, hot, hot! A beloved dish is the green chile cheeseburger, which brings the heat to an American classic. Cheese and chiles aren't just for dinner; in the morning, locals enjoy these favorite ingredients in hearty breakfast burritos.
