   Requested booth, did not get it and was seated upstairs as only available location. Server did her best however food came late, appetizer was burned and had to be replaced, manager removed from bill however it took too long to have dinner on a special day. I hope in future our special requests as was indicated in our email, to be respected. Thank you. Going again on 2/23/2020

   This was my first visit. I enjoyed my experience but we had several mistakes with our service and food. The server was very helpful in correcting those errors and our overall time there was enjoyable. I will go back again for sure. The prices and food are very very good.

    The place was way too loud. They seated us at a booth with another couple whom we did not know. They proceeded to screw up the order. My wife's dish was the wrong thing, but they served me at the same time. So my choices were eat in front of her or let it get cold. They should have taken both plates back and reserved. Her food came out 20 minutes later. No offer of a comp or anything as way of apology. That and the prices are obscenely high for what you get, when the order is correct. Go to a locally owned Italian restaurant instead.

    Generally everything was fine but was a bit upset that even though I indicated it was my friends birthday the restaurant didn’t do anything ... yet I saw another table get something with a candle in it. Not sure how the message gets passed down but it was disappointing. The food was good but a bit salty.

    We come to Maggiano's about once a month. We enjoy the Marco's meal for two. We split the 2 take home meals make 2 nights of dinner for the two of us.

    The service was very slow. It took over 30 minutes to even get our drink. I was disappointed when I told them that I forgot my coupon for the birthday in another car they would not honor my coupon. That surprised me when they know they send these out to the customer on their birthday and it was very clear we were there to celebrate this occasion.

    We had a GREAT time at Maggiano's. Our waiter was execellent and the food was superb. The only thing is we would have preferred a little more lighting. I know that the light was low becuase you were setting the ambiance, so that would have just been our preference. Outstanding job!

    This experience was beyond subpar. There was absolutely nothing special about this dinner whatsoever. Not the food, the staff anything. Our food arrived cold for every single one of our guests; appetizers included. Which told me they had food premade because the night was busy. Most of us had a side of mashed potatoes, which were the most awful mashed potatoes we'd ever tasted. They had been sitting as well as the outside was hard from being exposed to air & they were cold. I was holding hope for great flavor yet they tasted like NOTHING! Just boiled, mashed potatoe! And for a $5.99 side that was awfully disappointing. I will never visit this restaurant again!

    When dining at Maggiano’s, we normally have no issues. This time, was a different case. I had reservations for 7:30pm. We finally were seated at 7:50. It took the server a while to come around, just to give us water, but once he did, he was great! I have a favorite dish- The Tuscan Shrimp and Chicken. For whatever reason, my noodles were extremely hard, whether they were old or not fully cooked, I’m not sure. I didn’t Ask for a new dish due to how busy it was and the fear it would take some time. My water was never refilled, but again, we were seated beside a large party so maybe they just took all servers attention. I will come back but only because I’m hopeful this experience was a one time thing!

    I love to dine at Maggianos with friends. We ordered from the classic menu with the added bonus of taking one home. What a great deal! While waiting for our meal, the server brought warm bread with plenty of butter. Our pasta meals were particularly tasty. Our server continued to check on us throughout our stay, replenishing our bread and water. We always enjor our visit to Maggianos! The added bonus was the $10 coupon off $30 that I received from your website! Thank you!

    We really enjoy going to Maggiano's. Their wine list is very nice and the happy hour house red is great. The food is basic, but typically very good. We had the stuffed shells special this trip and found it not up to the usual level. There was too much undercooked carrots, celery and onions with took away greatly from the Bolognese sauce taste. That was too bad as they don't usually have a Bolognese sauce dish and I was excited to try it. The value is great as most dishes come with a meal to go and the portion sizes are such that you also have a 2nd meal from that. Service is wonderful with a profession wait team. All and all a nice go to place for good Italian food.

    Was a little frustrated because we had 7:15 reservations. We still had to wait. I do understand that Saturday evenings are very busy, but I feel the wait was a little longer than it should have been. The food is good and the service was good as well.

    The service was terrible. Our waiter was not around whenever we needed something. We were brought 3 appetizers but no plates. Our entrees took forever to get to us and then they came out very randomly. We had to wait at least 10 minutes from the first plate that was delivered to the last - so our food was cold by the time we started eating. And still didn't get everything we ordered. He never checked on us unless we flagged him down. This was the worst experience at this restaurant that we have ever had. We will not be coming back. It was just 6 of us at our table so not a large group.

    We had 5:30 reservation for 6 adults, a 2 & 4 year old plus 2 6-month olds to celebrate 3 January birthdays. Seated about 5:45, ordered family style, drinks & food slow arriving, had to leave at 8:30 before desserts were served. Don’t know if it was due to server or kitchen, but not up to expectations.

    Maggiano’s is one of my favorite places to frequent. As usual, the food was delicious! I appreciated the gnocchi option on the buy 1, take 1 special. Unfortunately, this time the food took much longer than normal to make, which was surprising as my friend ordered a soup and salad, and I ordered off the buy 1, take 1 menu. Normally, these are the faster options. We waited probably 35 min for our food. Also, we made a reservation for 7:45 pm, but we still had to wait approximately 10 min to be seated. I guess it was just a busy night! Other than the wait times, the experience was enjoyable and the food was as expected!

    The food is consistently very good. I got a special—mushroom ravioli and steak—and it was delicious. The service was great. My teen and adult children love the Rigatoni D. We got desert too—creme brûlée and cheesecake. We couldn’t finish them, but they were so good. The meal to go home makes this a very good value too. It’s a nice place to go for a birthday meal.

    The steak was very bland it taste like it didn't have any seasoning and the ravioli had a weird after taste that wasn't too appealing or wanting to try again. Also when seating you may want to make sure that the seats were not sitting right underneath a vent with the ac blowing it makes the visit unpleasant.

    The hostess was not overly friendly. Our waiter, Jimmy, was very good in the beginning. He stated there would be a 2nd waiter (possibly Ben?) to assist our party of 9 but he never helped. We took awhile to decide to do family style and then what to order but the time between appetizers and entrees was longer than I would expect. The entrees came out but seemed to have been sitting in the kitchen for a bit because the food was not very hot. There was another long wait time between entrees and desserts (which were delicious!). Finally, it took quite some time for our bill to arrive. Overall our visit was 3 hours which I think is too long and our guests were antsy to leave. We will come back again but we will not do the Family Style dining.
