Lulu’s was incredible!!! Can’t say enough about the food, atmosphere, customer service, and reasonable pricing with hearty portions!! First time visiting the restaurant and we can’t wait to visit again! I highly encourage anyone to give them a visit, you won’t regret it! 10/10!!

What a fun place! Our server was delightful and very helpful. The food (eggs, sausage grave, asparagus, red velvet waffle) was great, except for the biscuit. Toughest biscuit I've ever had. That said, I will definitely go back.

It was amazing. The food, the drinks, the vibe- all spectacular. Definitely the loudest restaurant I’ve been to but all just people having a good time, no yelling or anything like that. Don’t sleep on the TOA omelette, it was the best omelette I’ve had in my life!

Our server was very sweet, he was observant & attentive and personable. The food was delicious. I got the crab omelet with the house potatoes...delicious!!!! My friend got the same plus the avocado smash with the fried chicken, she loved her food as well. The restaurant was very clean and I will be definitely returning!

Went to Lulu’s for a special meal with our daughter. Music volume was so loud we could not hear each other. We asked to be moved away from the speaker or have the volume turned down but both requests were denied. Food was okay but will not return!

Had a good brunch! The food was great and very reasonably priced! The mimosa was fantastic and also very reasonably priced! Cool atmosphere. Service was okay in the beginning, but after we got our food we didn’t see the waiter for about 30 minutes. Then we got our check and waited another 15 minutes to get it back. Didn’t ruin the experience - but if I was going to wait for all that extra time, another drink would have been nice! Would repeat for food and atmosphere.

Love the vibe of this place! I had the shrimp with stone-milled pimiento cheese grits & grilled asparagus & a Bloody Mary: SO good. I also ordered the apple-caramel bread pudding to-go. My husband had the frittata & was pleased with his meal as well. The service & ambience were great, too.

Lulus had our table ready ahead of our reservation. There were 6 of us and all of our food was excellent. Our waiter, Josh, was very efficient. I got the Atlantic seafood omelette and it was stuffed with lobster and crab. Definitely will be back.

We hadn't been to LuLu's in a while and we forgot what a great brunch spot it is! It's classic Richmond. Great vibe and great service. Every single person on the team was working hard ensuring that tables had great service...we were super impressed by that. We will be back soon for sure.

What a wonderful experience! Went for a birthday celebration. Both of us enjoyed the brunch specials and fantastic cocktails. Service was outstanding. Liked the fact that tables weren’t on top of each other - plenty of space between. Great spot.

I have no complaints about the food and our server. Both were good and I have only positive things to say about them. However, it was so incredibly loud in Lulu's that it was difficult to have a conversation. That's one thing that lessened the experience for me. We were trying to enjoy brunch but it felt like/sounded like we were in a night club. It was that loud. The other issue is that there are only 2 unisex restrooms for customers, and there was a very long line to use them. For a restaurant that that's large, there need to be more restrooms available.

We enjoy our food and had a nice waitress. I wish the music had not been so loud. That would give it a more relaxed and laid back atmosphere which I feel is more appropriate for brunch/breakfast.

I asked for my eggs poached and extra runny, when I received them cooked through I asked if they could replace them with the extra runny eggs I asked for. I did, but was charged $6 extra. That seems unfair when it was replacing something that I'd even asked for when ordering to avoid issues. I've usually had good experiences here.
