Fantastic authentic Greek fare in an intimate space. Wonderful place for a date night or dinner with friends. Order lots of apps to try everything, especially the Greek dips and houlumi cheese!

It was incredible! Chef Maria along with Alekos and their staff were outstanding hosts!!! We had our 20th anniversary and definitely left it memorable! Honestly, I'm floored by the reviews for this restaurant. We dined there for lunch today and all the food was just average - with the exception of the shrimp pasta which was straight up bad. The shrimp, of which there were four, were over cooked and the pasta was bland - to charge $45 for it was obscene. We also had both types of grilled cheese and the calamari for appetizers and the seafood orzo and the mussels entrees. They were all just average, certainly not worth the exorbitant prices. Maybe lunch is not the time to go to this restaurant. We ordered one dessert and received a bunch more on the house, perhaps because the $45 shrimp pasta went back to the kitchen basically uneaten. They were all delicious but not why we came to the restaurant. The room is somewhat unremarkable which I anticipated from photos but I thought the food would compensate for the lack of atmosphere - sadly not.

Everything was perfect only a street noise makes an environment not so good, as to hard to hear guests at the same table. Probably outdoor dining booth can be improved, at the moment like a camp. A summer is approaching, COVID is still relevant thus strongly suggested to invest in a nice glass booths.

Maria Loi and her staff do a wonderful job. The food is outstanding as is the service. Maria is very welcoming and often comes over to everybody's table. Quite impressive for a celebrity, executive chef!

The food was excellent--each item seemed individually prepared. (The downside to that attention is a longer wait time in between courses.) We were four with different appetizers--all fresh/well-seasoned/tasty, 3 different mains--bronzino and 2 salmon--also perfectly cooked and very fresh. The fresh tadsziki and toasted pita bits and the Loi made yogurt w/honey and crushed nuts, which were give-aways--were also each delicious. The only miss was the moussaka which was a small portion and not very flavorful. The wine list featured Greek wines with an extensive choice and our server was knowledgeable about the list. The food is the reason to go!
