Everything was just ok. The taste was good but unfortunately undercooked. Both the pizza crust and fried calamari were soft and floppy.

The service is always outstanding as well as the food. Surprised that the extra 3per cent added to my bill. Shame. Just like San Francisco. I don’t like extras to my bill.

The food is good the ambience is good very busy restaurant. Downside is only one restroom and it’s a maze to get to it. First attempt just left the hallway to the bathroom because it was busy for 5 minutes. Second attempt and there’s 5 guys in line. For the restaurant to only have one bathroom (for MEN) to use is ridiculous.

The customer service was not acceptable. My friend ordered a salad and requested to add a protein which she was willing to pay for. She was told “no”. No compromise or recommendation for another dish. The waiter ( who had the fakest Italian accent) was not nice. He seemed irritated to have to be working. Big disappointment. Food was ok, not great. Wine was a very small glass. Cocktail wasn’t even rimmed decently but smeared on the whole side of the glass. Too many other restaurants in Danville to settle for this.

Our family had a wonderful dinner at Lacanda Ravello last night. Our favorite dishes included the oysters, zucchini blossoms, cáprese salad, rib eye steak and fries, squid ink pasta and lasagna. The pizzas were good too. The atmosphere at the charming restaurant is really great and the family oriented wait staff ensure a good experience.

The food was not as good as it has been in the past. In fact one of the people in our party did not finish theirs as they did not like it. They did not ask to bring kethup for fries and when we asked they did not know what we wanted. I love you guys but it was a bit disappointing

We’ve dined several times at Locando Ravello in Lafayette and enjoyed. We tried the Danville location last Friday before a music concert at the Danville Theater|. Two of us had strozapretti, one linguini and seafood and a ensalata Vesuvio. The food was fabulous. As was the service. Highly recommended

To start we ordered a beer & a cocktail. While waiting for the drinks another waitress asked if waitress came by to ask if we wanted to order drinks or food. We said we'd already ordered drinks. After close to 10 minutes the original waitress came back to say that the cocktail I ordered wasn't available because the machine that dispenses the lemonade was broken (unexpected things happen). I ordered something else & she asked my husband if he'd like something. He reminded her he'd already ordered a beer...things didn't get better after that. It took a while to order our food. A family 3 next to us were seated shortly before us & finished their 3-course meals even before our appetizer was delivered. They asked what happened to our food. Another table of 2 next to them arrived after us & finished their meals shortly after our appetizer was delivered. We ordered cheese stuffed squash blossoms to start which were good. We subsequently ordered a Caesar salad eggplant & smoked mozarella stuffed raviloi. We specified we wanted to start with the salad first & wanted to split both. The waitress came back to confirm we wanted the dishes split. Eventually both dishes were delivered-at the same time. The ravioli was barely warm & had so little sauce it was dry. The ravioli was topped with a generous dollop of burrata cheese but it was really cold which made the ravioli even less warm. For dessert we ordered the lemon/raspberry cake which was good. We wanted to order other drinks but the waitress didn't come back for us to order during our meal & before dessert.We flagged down another waitress to get more water. Our waitress was polite but her exchange with customers seemed perfunctory. She appeared rushed & very flustered. It looked like she had other tables outside and was unsuccessfully juggling going back & forth.The one other waitress in our area had only 3 tables so was very engaged & offered suggestions about the menu.

Great spot physically. However our waiter was very inexperienced. Waited over long for our drinks and food. We seemed to be an afterthought for service. Salad advertised goat cheese and beets but when it came, there was less than a tablespoon of cheese and two slices of beet and one lone olive beside a mound of greens. Will be exploring other venues for lunch in the future.

I wish I could give ten stars! Really enjoyed the incredible meal with fabulous service. Brought my three year old and the staff was super accommodating. Could not asked for more. The pizza was super fresh, we felt like we were in Rome. Bra uno was a 10/10! The afogato and gelato were perfection! We will come back!

IThis was the first time we sat inside the new building . It was very loud which made it difficult to hold a conversation with my dinner guests. The food was great, but our waitress kept messing up our order. She forgot our appetizer, sent out the wrong salad and ordered the wrong sauce on the gnocchi.

We went for lunch on Saturday 7/1/2023, so very quiet. Usually much louder when packed inside. It was hot, sat inside by pizza oven and very comfortable temperature wise. Cocktails overpriced. Basil martini (one with gin, one with vodka) was fabulous on a previous visit but too sweet on this visit. Food service wonderful, food hot and delicious, staff very accomodating. Reservation was at 2:30 pm and they called and asked if we could come earlier which I could accomodate.
