Seafood salad was large and easily could be shared by 2. However, it was too oily/greasy. Caesar salad was good. Chicken Marsala was rather plain; nothing special. Marsala sauce could have been duplicated at home with McCormack’s mix. Potatoes and sautéed spinach were good. Cannolis were excellent as was the gelato. All in all, an average meal at a high price.

Went on Super Bowl Sunday. The restaurant was very quiet which turned an anticipated good experience to an incredibly good one. The food was terrific as always. Always the perfect place for a special occasion.

Food and service were great, charging $6 for bread and $1 for butter is nuts, other neighborhood restaurants that do charge, are$3 and include refills. We have reduced our frequency of visits as a result.

We prefer sitting at the high top tables in the bar area as they are more comfortable. I wish the owner would remodel the dining area with booths and comfortable chairs & tables. Still the service is really what brings us back. Friendly and accommodating, the staff does a yeoman job. The food is always great.

We had reservations for a table and decided to sit at a high top, and were told we had a certain amount of time before we had to leave because the party was coming in, so we moved to the bar but no party ever came in. It was a little disappointing.

First time visit on nye- came highly recommended. Most dishes were outstanding, the ravioli was a bit undercooked. The cannoli tasted- stale? Big issue as with many restaurants on high turnover days is it felt rushed - 3 people reservation, in at 7pm, paid and out by 8pm with cocktails, an app, main course and dessert.

Delicious Italian. Love their salads & pastas. Want to try their wood oven pizzas! On the expensive side but worth a splurge. Would go here more often if prices came down about 25%… but I’m running a high quality restaurant is expensive. Bar service could have more ambiance.

Got the last parking spot but nice there is a lot next to it(I always worry about parking). Waiter Raul was lovely and sweet. Food was delicious and my husband loved his pizza. I had the short rib ravioli and it was delicious and packed with meat. Highly recommend.

Recommend for girls night out, date night or just family/friends getting together. The food and service were exceptional. We had the prosciutto and burrata appetizer, Osso Buco (special on Friday evening), Short Rib Ravioli and Fettuccini with Seafood. Portion sizes were large.

Waitperson was wearing an entire bottle of cologne (it also happened on a previous visit months ago with same waitperson) which really detracted from food! And we even went home with the cologne smell on our clothes!

Have been coming to Locanda del Borgo for years and generally like the food but miss the former whole wheat pasta option. Prices have also risen considerably. Service is slow but perhaps that was due to a packed restaurant and too few servers.

We sat for 10 min before finally getting up to talk to the hostess. No waitress! Not even a cocktail waitress. Drinks wrong, food good but cold. Normally this is not what happens at this restaurant. It must have been a weird night.
