It was great! We’ve been to Beatrix before and just love the food so much. Our server was super kind as well, but they were super busy as it was New Year6Day brunch (so I’m assuming short staffed) so things moved a little slow. Other than that, no complaints. Totally recommend.

The Sunday brunch at the Bristol is nice but it is nothing compared to what it used to be before COVID. We are regulars at the Bristol and love it no matter what but the brunch menu is so limited it's disappointing. We love everything else and will continue to be regulars but sure wish that the menu would expand and that maybe some of the brunch items would reappear.

Had a great brunch on New Years Day thanks to Richie. The food was great and the buffet well stocked. We enjoyed everything from fried chicken to doughnuts and delicious cocktails. For a Sunday brunch, I was surprised at how NOT noisy it was. And also, I’m not sure if was saying goodbye to 2022 or what, but as I made my second trip up to the buffet, the people around the restaurant looked happy and seemed to be genuinely enjoying themselves- I’d like to think it was the ambiance, helpful staff that pointed me to a delicious dessert I hadn’t tried, and all the rest of the great food.

We enjoy the brunch menu! There are many different options whether you want breakfast food, lunch, sweet, savory, or healthy options. The only draw back is the hot food was only warm at best (not hot). The value is a bit expensive because I’m not a big eater. But the variety makes up for the cost. Great time! From the bartender ( Can't remember his name but he was Tall guy with salt and Pepper hair and made me the best espressos martini I had in Vegas), Fred our waiter and Jr. Were GREAT! Fred has a great personality and you can tell he loves working there. All the staff was an absolute pleasure to speak too. The food was amazing, from the apps to the deserts. This was our first time in Vegas for new years and some people recommended we come here to eat and it it not disappoint from the food to the view. Thank you for making our weekend extra special. We had a wonderful and relaxed dinner on Jan 1st after a few days of crazy work. Our waiter Alek provided us with polished, friendly and unhurried service which allowed us to decompress and enjoy our cocktails and dinner. The food was incredible as always, fresh, creative and a perfect blend of flavours complemented the main protein of the dish. We made reservations for New Year's Day brunch and the place was beautifully decorated in red and white. We were seated next to the window on the lower level which is a much coveted location. The waiter was very friendly and energetic. The food was to die for! We will definitely be back!

New Year’s Day brunch…the place looks nice, decent service and decent food, nothing blew me away though. I liked the calamari, the French toast and the spinach omelette. They have salmon on the brunch menu, my daughter ordered it and they literally gave her a piece of plain salmon. No flavor, no sides, nothing…not even garnish, just a piece of salmon for $16…I don’t understand why even serve that?

Had a great New Year's Day 1:00 p.m. brunch with a couple each of Benedict's and corned beef hashes. The only thing weird was the bloody Mary which seemed like it was just made with vegetable juice, vodka, and lacked flavor. You would think a place like Spencer's would have a signature bloody Mary that would be great, not the case yesterday.

Atmosphere and food choices very unique; the wood fire smell lingers throughout the restaurant giving it a true florida feel. Meals were a bit pricey but nothing is quite like this restaurant. I had the chili; where else can you get a combination of Alligator, wild boar, venison, duck, ground chuck, cranberry beans and chili spices?! Was tender and so filling!
