We eat here often. Great New Years Day dinner. Food was very good, service was great. It was a delightful evening. The weather was perfect for dining Al fresco and the views were stunning from the terrace. Our server was terrific. Food was very good (not great). The best was the pork tapa. Great flavors beautifully seasoned and presented. and just danced in the palate. Sparkling water is our beverage of choice and they had a fabulous Spanish sparkling water served in a wine glass with a lemon twist. Delightful! Parking was a bit challenging and we street parked about 5 blocks away. We didn’t mind as the weather was delightful. They offer valet but their website said it was t available. We’re new to denver and not used to the steep restaurant prices yet. But I believe their prices are in line with the denver restaurant market. Just a little more than we’re used to. We came from portland Oregon. Huge foodie town. Prices are much less there.and the food scene is superior. Would we rush to go back? Hmmmm… probably not. Would we dine there again sometime? Perhaps. Does it make our top 10 list? We’re working on that list and not sure if this will make the cut. Still exploring the restaurant scene. Portland is a tall order to follow. But we’re enjoying the hunt. Overall we had a lovely evening and would recommend.

We came in for a birthday and it was lovely. The staff accommodated our seating request and they gave us a very sweet signed birthday card. The food way amazing, fantastic ribeye steak, and our server was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations for pairings. We dressed up and we weren't overdressed. It was a fantastic find dining experience and we will be returning.

Great time! From the bartender ( Can't remember his name but he was Tall guy with salt and Pepper hair and made me the best espressos martini I had in Vegas), Fred our waiter and Jr. Were GREAT! Fred has a great personality and you can tell he loves working there. All the staff was an absolute pleasure to speak too. The food was amazing, from the apps to the deserts. This was our first time in Vegas for new years and some people recommended we come here to eat and it it not disappoint from the food to the view. Thank you for making our weekend extra special. I had a 6:15 reservation. We were sat next to the open window overlooking the ocean. Amazing. We got a delicious seafood tower, the tuna roll and steak. Cocktails and breadsticks were top tier as usual. I feel bad i can’t remember the waitresses name. She was a total doll and made sure we were having a great time from start to finish. (If you read this review I’m the girl who drew a little lobster on the receipt. Anytime I come back I hope your my server again!💕) Also got to watch the sunset/moonrise. Freaky day because it was not supposed to rain, but it's LA so of course it rained and we had windy gusts on the outside...BUT...Perch has blankets!. Salt rock grill is one of the best Restaurants in Florida hands down. A lot of other places you pay more for less or more greasy fried versions. There early dine options are very yummy, price friendly and even three course. With even very reasonable drink prices in that time frame. They know how to do it right from start to finish. It’s the highlight of eating out for us when we come to Florida. The Sea Bass option is fantastic, and rock the boat. The kids steak and shrimp for $10 is wonderful. We had an excellent dinner and outstanding service provided by our waiter, Matt. He was extremely accommodating and very gracious. We sat in the bar area and the piano player, Howard, played beautiful piano music while we ate. If you haven’t tried the Summit restaurant, I highly recommend sitting near the bar area which is quite cozy so you can be serenaded by one of the best piano players in Orange County. The Christmas decorations were still up making the perfect ambiance for a wonderful evening at the Summit Restaurant.

Atmosphere and food choices very unique; the wood fire smell lingers throughout the restaurant giving it a true florida feel. Meals were a bit pricey but nothing is quite like this restaurant. I had the chili; where else can you get a combination of Alligator, wild boar, venison, duck, ground chuck, cranberry beans and chili spices?! Was tender and so filling!

Wonderful venue with superior vistas. The crab cocktail was excellent and is a must try. Sourdough bread is outstanding as well. Seafood dishes are also very good. Try the iced tea. Very aromatic and exceptional.
