5 star all the way! We started with the shrimp appetizer special, and it was delicious! I would highly recommend the red fish, but split it because it’s a lot of food! Superb experience which was made possible by our outstanding waiter (Andrew). He was very attentive and made sure our every wish was satisfied. His wine selections were wonderful and he never let our water glasses drop below 1/2 full. He will definitely be our waiter of choice in the future. Food was superb although inflation has hit hard, only my granddaughter’s cheeseburger was less than $30! Total bill for four adults and one child was $282 so make sure your credit card has an adequate credit limit! If you want an outstanding dining experience, CONNERS should be your first choice!!

Joined up with my brother and his family who were visiting from Dayton. Love the price fixe options. Everyone in our party of 6 got what they wanted. All cuts of meat cooked to order from medium rare to well done. Plump fresh oysters and large shrimp for starters. Jags was featuring Caymus at $20 per generous pour plus a wine glass to keep to celebrate their 20tg anniversary. That’s a nominal markup. Jag’s is an unpretentious high end steakhouse. We were all very pleased and very impressed.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary on New Year’s day at the “D”. We arrived at the 5 pm opening and the room was half full in 20 minutes, at 7pm it was full. We have eaten here before and everything was the same with exception that the noise level was a little louder, although reserving a booth allowed us to have an easy conversation. Since this was the day after the New Year the waiter informed us the house was out of lamb, Oso Bucco, and the veal chops. We therefore selected sea scallops, along with Caesar salads, sides of polenta and a Pinot Noir. In addition, the chef sent a complementary angel hair pasta. Our server, John, was prompt and very professional. The ambiance was that of an Italian Ristorante in Rome, dimly lit, white coat waiters and a large wine list that didn’t disappoint. Room noise was our only minor complaint. We ended the meal with a complementary crème brûlée, ( a nice touch) and espresso coffee. All in all it was a convenient location to have a special meal with Valet Parking and easy access to the freeway. The Restaurant is on the second floor of the Casino so you need to fight your way from the entrance to the escalator through the crowd, loud music, and of course the slot machines. Hey, this is Vegas, baby.

One of the best restaurants in Richmond and a well kept secret! We dine at Lemaire’s several times a year and it always feels like a special occasion even if it’s simply a date night. The only thing that I find odd is that very few people dress for the occasion. The listing indicates casual dress which I think started when TJ’s closed and I suppose the folks in jeans are staying at the beautiful Jefferson Hotel but I would love to see attire at a minimum of business casual which definitely does not include jeans and t-shirts. Anyway, we love Lemaire and will dine there again soon.

We had an excellent dinner and outstanding service provided by our waiter, Matt. He was extremely accommodating and very gracious. We sat in the bar area and the piano player, Howard, played beautiful piano music while we ate. If you haven’t tried the Summit restaurant, I highly recommend sitting near the bar area which is quite cozy so you can be serenaded by one of the best piano players in Orange County. The Christmas decorations were still up making the perfect ambiance for a wonderful evening at the Summit Restaurant.
