The service is fantastic in here. They are very attentive and we were very well looked after. The food was delicious and everyone really enjoyed their meals. Everything came out in good time which is perfect for anyone heading to a show after. A few of us weren't drinking and they have some great non-alcoholic alternatives. I would say it's a bit on the expensive side for a burger (£23) but we're in central London and it was lovely. I would definitely recommend BBar. Thanks for having us!

They made a mistake with the bill. They figured it out it and came back to me to refund. When does that ever happen? Kudos to Bellanger! We loved the food. The decor is very French and my missus being French, absolutely loved it. It’s a little pricey. But if your budget can handle it. I’ll wholeheartedly recommend. Enjoy!

King's Cross
Camino was born with the opening of King’s Cross in 2007. Capturing the real essence of Spain was always the aim, and with the addition of Bar Rioja opening opposite ( this was previously Bar Pepito, London’s very first sherry bar) we came a King’s Cross institution.

Our lively bar and restaurant sprawls around a hidden courtyard, coming alive in the Summer, full of people enjoying a frosted mug of Spanish cerveza, a glass of sangria or a Rioja Glass from Bar Rioja. With outdoor heaters and plenty of seating, it’s often busy on even the coldest of evenings.

We’re open everyday for lunch, dinner and everything in between. Join us for our Spanish breakfast during the week, or our popular Happy Hour at the weekend. The bar at Camino is always buzzing, with DJs on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays playing the best Latin, house and party sounds until late. Always free entry!

This location is particularly special to us, as it was in Shoreditch that our first ever bar Cantaloupe, opened back in 1995. The food was excellent, as was the service, we had a great experience!! The music while lovely, was just a bit too loud for an ambient dining experience. The artiste had a lovely voice and the musicians were clearly great at what they do, however conversation was difficult at times. It is wonderful to have live music while dining, it was just a little intrusive at times.

Once again another spectacular meal. We had the Iftar Feast - a huge selection of dishes - for a birthday lunch. They were all just beautiful and great value for the number and quality of dishes. Everything had so much flavour and the diversity of flavours was extraordinary. The chef threw in a naan - the lightest I’ve ever eaten. It was like eating a delicious cloud. The Paneer Butter Masala was out of this world. The dining room is lovely. Service is just as spectacular as the food. They could not have been more warm or welcoming. The wine list is great. We started with a couple of cocktails and would recommend doing the same. Clearly they put as much effort into the flavours of the cocktails as the food, giving them a delicate Indian twist. I took pictures but won’t post them here as the presentation is so lovely it seems a shame to spoil the surprise.

La Palombe is a new neighbourhood bistro from restaurateur James Chiavarini (also of Il Portico) & chef patron Jake Leach (previously head chef at the three Michelin starred The Ledbury).

A large wood burning grill takes center stage where the majority of the dishes are cooked over live embers. James & Jake work together every shift to serve dishes with a real sense of terroir and provenance, including our speciality of wild foods foraged ourselves. Expect wild noisette venison, Wiltshire truffles (thanks to our house truffle dog Alba!), rare woodland mushrooms, and much wonderful produce from our small organic farm in Kent.

The wine list is sourced entirely from independent producers, and regularly updated with a specialised focus on low intervention, natural and biodynamic wines.

We are across the road to the Design Museum & Holland Park, a 10 minute walk from Kensington Olympia and a short distance to the Royal Albert Hall.

I had a lovely meal at Le Pont de la Tour—the butternut squash comté and risotto were particularly enjoyable and the quality of the food was excellent. However, I found the service to be a bit rushed; the staff and waiters were neither friendly nor welcoming; waiters often clearing dishes before we had fully finished. While efficiency is appreciated, a friendly atmosphere can really elevate the dining experience. The setting is beautiful and I’d love to return, hoping for a warmer touch in the service to match the quality of the food.

Located only a short 1-minute walk from Leicester Square tube station and 5-minute walk from Covent Garden tube station, LIMA CANTINA brings you a true taste of the Peruvian capital’s buzzing local food scene: what Peruvians love to eat and drink! LIMA CANTINA is born out of a desire to bring the soul of LIMA to London: its flavoursome daily life, with simple dishes directly inspired by markets & home cooked meals. The restaurant’s chefs use traditional cooking methods to transform quality UK and Peruvian sourced ingredients into mouth-watering dishes. The menu delivers classics such as Pollo a la Brasa (arguably the national dish of Peru and possibly the best roast chicken you’ve ever had), whilst retaining signature Ceviches and Pisco Sours, and many more Lima locals’ favourites. The restaurant’s vibe is warm and modern with a hint of nostalgia. We had a lovely evening here. Snacks - the Wagyu tartare was incredible as were the scallops. The tuna tartare was a bit heavy on the sesame oil - it needed acidity and salt as you really couldn’t taste the delicate tuna. The Iberico pork and beef with potatoes were both absolutely stunning. So full of flavour and perfectly cooked. We were too full for dessert but the service was excellent - huge thanks to the young French man who served us, I didn’t catch his name but he was so professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend and return!

Really positive reception - found the booking & took our coats. Led to our table quickly and given menus. Then there was a wait. Thankfully we weren’t in a rush. When we gave our order it arrived quickly - starters of olives followed very quickly by the main course. The meals were good but in vongole id have liked better clams as they were small. We paid and left then but if you wanted deserts I think you’d have to chase them.

Mary's est. 2024 is a new grill house and burger bar brought to life by Irha and Jason Atherton.

Taking note from the long-reigning chophouses of New York City's - think Minetta Tavern, Gallagher’s, and Peter Luger Steakhouse - Mary’s is the unpretentious refuge where colleagues can de-stress, families can feed the little ones, solo adventurers can feast and everyone in between can find their perfect seat.

The menu, crafted by Alex Parker, is dedicated to flame-grilled meat, fish, and vegetables. At the heart of the offerings are Cumbrian steaks from Britain’s Lake District, featuring single-serve options like the 8oz dry-aged fillet sirloin and Hereford fillet on the bone, alongside the Boston rib Côte de boeuf, priced per 100g for sharing with the table.

As for those less carnivorously inclined, we’d recommend the romesco-spiked Globe artichoke barigoule to start and the Cornish Turbot on the bone dotted with Atlantic surf clam pil pil to share.

The food was fantastic, but the service made it even better. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

We landed at Paternoster after a week filled with all the ethnic foods and found this perfect spot for more traditional food. The ribeye was on point. The separate sides lacked some selection on the veggie side, but the mash potatoes and fries were good. The comments from our table said it was the best meal of the week. I agree.

There’s a reason that Mayfair is the most expensive square on the Monopoly board. This upscale London borough is filled with exclusive boutiques, stylish eateries, and top hotels. Mayfair is located within the central London borough of the City of Westminster, part of the iconic West End and neighbouring historic St James’s and artsy Marylebone.
Piccolino, an authentic Italian Restaurant, is a proud fixture of the London dining scene. Piccolino located on Heddon Street, boasts an open kitchen, large lower ground Cicchetti bar and an extensive terrace to the front of the restaurant for the ultimate dining experience.
Italy’s diverse cuisine is the heart and soul of Piccolino in Heddon Street. We visit the regions, meet the producers and are committed to sourcing the best quality ingredients. As you’d expect from the best Italian restaurants, Piccolino in Heddon Street offers a menu of Italian classics with a distinctly modern twist.

A long time fan of The Ivy Collection restaurants and this was my first experience at Canary Wharf branch. Overall the food was nicely presented and tasty except for the Sirloin steak. It was very salty and slightly over cooked - I asked for medium rare but it came 70% cooked. I had to sprinkle vinegar on the steak to wash off the saltiness. I was reluctant to complain because I didn’t want to come across as difficult or impolite so I ate all I could and got my son to eat the rest to avoid wasting food. When I asked for the bill the waiter asked us our views on the food and that’s when my son prompted me to commen on the salty steak. In the end the waiter didn’t charge us for the steak as it didn’t receive 100% customer satisfaction. Very professional and attentive of him/ the restaurant.

Established in 2001, Tsunami is still a big wave washing through Clapham. Following a full refurbishment in April 2015 this flagship restaurant has brought its whole look up-to-date rivaling the best in Central London. With stunning wooden screens surrounding luxurious leather seating, it certainly sets the scene for an exquisite meal or delicious cocktail. With a late license, this is certainly the place to go!

Ibérica is located right below the Zig Zag building, just 5 minutes walking from Victoria tube station.

Our bar downstairs or the terrace outside are the perfect space for a quick lunch or after work drinks and tapas.

We have a specific menu at the bar with Spanish pinchos (tiny tapas) to nibble while you drink. And bocadillos (Spanish for sandwich) to take away or eating in.

Our best kept secret of Ibérica in Victoria? A small private room in the main dining room upstairs that fits up 6 people!
