Never a disappointment. The food is amazing service is great. For the first time it was so busy that it was a little loud. But we were ok with that as it just shows people are willing to go out and spend money in a good meal plus shows this place is amazing as always. We’re been there many times before and the bartender remembers us for stopping at the bar after dinner for a shot of tequila.

C.A.Y.A.'s menu changed since our last visit but the same excellent BBQ and smoked dishes remain. One of the new items on the menu was the Texas Charcuterie Board. It was a great way to introduce our friends who had never eaten there before to the variety of yummy smoked dishes that C.A.YA. is famous for including their brisket, ribs and pulled pork along with a variety of accompanying sides. The burnt ends served with a horseradish sauce were our favorite and they are highly recommended.

I had made a reservation and we were dining on my birthday. They brought us champagne upon arrival to celebrate and our dessert was complimentary. Our server has been in the industry over 24 years and she was delightful. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was relaxing and elegant. They offer valet parking and that too was well worth it.

So glad we went during the week, we were able to get a cozy booth to celebrate an anniversary. We loved the ambience and the braised short rib has to be one of the best meals I've ever had. Our server was knowledgeable and the wine list was quite extensive. You can tell a lot of care goes in to this restaurant and everything they do. I can't wait to dine again!

We had a great evening at Lalo. Drinks were fabulous. The service was terrific and very accommodating. When we arrived, there was another party at our table and they weren’t budging despite being finished for a long time. The owner was very apologetic however we had no place to be so w waited a bit longer. No big deal. Overall the service was excellent and we enjoyed the wings and dumplings to start. Our group had a burrito that was a hearty portion. Also had tacos and the bowls. Overall, it was fun and good food. We will be back!

This was my second visit, and first time in 9 months. The food and drinks were fantastic, and the staff were kind. The owner was there painting a new mural, and we got to chat with her to hear about her vision for the restaurant. This is the kind of place we need to support. It is great.

We highly recommend the Friday fish fry. Generous portions and delicious. More important was the service. Karen and Lawrence, the only two serving most all the customers, were fantastic. They engaged the customers with their smiles, great attitudes and made everyone feel like we were one big family. It was one of the most relaxing, happiest, and friendly dining experiences we've had in a long time. Thanks Karen and Lawrence....we'll be back soon!
