Learn to make two varieties of speciality sushi with Chef Mark, Reif Japanese Kushiyaki's group sushi chef. You'll be taken through the intricate and delicate process of assembling spicy salmon and crispy ebi sushi, before enjoying your own creation. Then to finish, Chef Adredna will teach you how to prepare the venue's famed Molten Cake dessert.

I’m a regular and I would’ve wished for the main courses to arrive after the starters and not everything at the same time, this is the second time I was experiencing this, but we still love this restaurant and everything coming out of the kitchen, however, our clay pot didn’t taste as it should.
