Went for my husband's birthday. Have been long time customers but had not been back since pre-covid reopening. The tasting menu was outstanding - was the best meal we have had there and a surprise look at the kitchen made his year. While it is expensive - its is a real experience and one he will not forget.

We had read mixed reviews about this restaurant based on good food but poor service. This was not our experience. We arrived shortly after opening on a Tuesday night. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The tapas were interesting and excellent. By the time we left all the tables were filled, mostly by well heeled knowledgeable locals.

We have wanted to try the restaurant for a while, so we were delighted to see that there was a 2 for 1 lunchtime offer, which made the 3 course meal very affordable. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and professional and we were made to feel very welcome. The food choice was excellent, and the food itself was outstanding, beautifully presented and delicious. We will return and recommend to friends and family.

Wow! What an amazing experience! I booked this restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday, and we had a spectacular time. The venue is charming and deceptively large but intimate. The tables are separated into smaller rooms, which are cosy but private. The menu was small, but every option was a winner! We both opted for a salmon starter with the steak for the main. Daniel catered to us before we even arrived. He had a lovely bottle of Rose chilling at the table for us (upon my request) and arranged a lovely dessert plate with truffles and dessert wine for the birthday. The price was very reasonable for the quality of food and beverage. I can't recommend Forage & Chatter highly enough. You don't want to miss it!

One of the best meals I've ever eaten... Came here for a birthday treat with my partner. Everything about the experience was perfect: from the hospitality at reception, the impeccable and friendly service in the bar and restaurant, to the food itself. It's not cheap (although the express menu is very good value) but represents good value for money in terms of the quantity and quality of the food. The steak and lobster were the highlights, but there's something mouth-watering on the menu for all appetites. Highly recommended for a special occasion.

Front of House team are sensational, personable, yet professional and so knowledgeable and passionate about the food and wine and the guests dining experience.
