Great time! From the bartender ( Can't remember his name but he was Tall guy with salt and Pepper hair and made me the best espressos martini I had in Vegas), Fred our waiter and Jr. Were GREAT! Fred has a great personality and you can tell he loves working there. All the staff was an absolute pleasure to speak too. The food was amazing, from the apps to the deserts. We went to the Tavern Allston on a Sunday evening during the first week of the NFL season. Great place to see a variety of games on many televisions. The food was very good with a great selection of pub/tavern food. The service was good despite the larger crowd. My only complaint was the volume of the speakers which were deafening. You had to yell to speak to the person sitting across from you in the same booth! I gently complained to no avail. I would definitely go back as the overall experience was very good.

Came here for a birthday party with a friend. I had some worry since I don't do fine dining much. But it was quelled as soon as I walked in. Malik, our waiter, did a great job serving my friend and I! He explained everything, checked on us constantly, gave us time, and our water was constantly refilled. We had a great evening. There were 5 of us. 2 participated in the Magical Dining. The other 3 ordered off the menu. 3 of us had the Prime Rib, which was EXCELLENT!! This restaurant is definitely a place I would come for a special occasion due to the price of the plates but luckily they were part of dinela and me and my friends were able to experience dishes we enjoyed. The salmon lettuce wraps were good but I wished there was 3 wraps instead of 2, the skirt steak was very flavorable due to the sauce they drizzle over and the brussel sprouts hit the spot with the chili mayo. The cookie skillet was small but still very enjoyable. I am interested in coming back due to the private karaoke rooms they have, it looks very fun.

Cool location with other pubs in walking distance. I would go again especially on a Monday or Tuesday when they have bargain food specials.
