Food was great! Drinks was pretty good as well. You will leave tipsy if you get the mimosa pitcher lol don’t let the size fool you. Very high traffic during brunch on Sundays but didn’t affect service much. Only complaint is that you have to walk far to get to the restrooms

I highly recommend Bookbinders. I recently celebrated my 30th birthday there with a intimate dinner for a party of 2. The server was outstanding. He was knowledgeable about the menu and offered plenty recommendations. He checked in periodically throughout our meal. The food was 10/10. We choose the broiled stuffed salmon and a couple lemon drop martinis. My tastebuds went crazy. The customized birthday menu for me was a cute touch. I was also presented with a slice of cake with a candle. Nice atmosphere with soft music playing. It was worth the ticket lol pricey but worth it

From the time we walked in the ambiance and staff were impeccable. This was our first time but had a few friends recommend Chops and I dont regret going at all. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Everyone greeted us with smiles. The food was excellent and served in a timely manner. I did look up the menu before hand so I was expecting the cost. For two people I spent $150 which includes appetizers, drinks, 2 meals and 2 desserts...very reasonable. I will definitely be going back!

We were greeted and seated immediately. Our server was wonderful. She was able to recommend several menu items. I had the Baked French Toast (Brunch Menu) and it is fabulous. Very custardy, lightly browned and drizzled with caramel sauce. Garnished with fresh Strawberries and Black Berries. Definitely worth a return trip!

Friends were visiting from Wales and we took them here for their last dinner before flying home. All were impressed by the food and the selections of wine, but what really made it stand out was the service and wine knowledge of Lucas, our server. We were seated right away. Loved the ambiance. The hostess offered to check our coats for us. The waitresses were very friendly. The food was great.! the crab spring rolls for appetizer and the oscar salmon for my entree which was amazing! It was seasoned and cooked perfectly. My boyfriend got the catfish which he enjoyed and said it was also cooked perfectly. We tried two of their cocktails which were tasty also. Definitely a great place for date night and special occasions.

Thursday afternoon at 18:30 - the bar was busy, buzzing and cozy with just two of us in a Reserved Booth in Apothecary. We were lucky to have a res. Being within the hotel almost guarantees a Happy Hour crowd, still seating was plentiful. Drinks made to perfection. Apps and Dinner were very good and expensive at $180 incl. tip - with only one drinking. We tried the Peas and Carrots to start- sweet and unique. The Daily Catch, Monkfish w braised collards for her and Rockfish with confit potatoes for me - was prompt, not rushed and delicious. Portion size a bit small on sides. Overall a lively night with quality bevs, good food and people watching to boot.
