It was my moms 50th birthday and wanted the evening to be special. When we got there our seat wasn’t ideal.. so I had asked the hostess if it was possible to have a table with a view seeing as it was my mom’s special day! After two attempts she got us an amazing table with the view of the CN Tower. Couldn’t have been any happier with her willingness to help. The waitress we had was equally amazing; friendly, informative and even gave my mom a birthday dessert! The price was pretty decent considering we dined with 4 people and spent close to $300 including tip. Honestly thought I’d be spending more. Overall, I’ll be back :)

I celebrated my wife’s birthday at this restaurant and they truly made it special. We were first seated inside, but since the atmosphere was loud, upon our request, the hostess happy relocated us to the patio area. The patio area was amazing with fantastic view and spectacular service. Our server was very informative and very helpful with all our queries. Definitely recommend this place as we had a great time. We will certainly come back again.

The service was amazing as always! The unfortunate thing was that the food wasn't up to an acceptable temperature for me. By the time I got it back to the table it was cool, and within five minutes it was cold. The carving table had brisket, and I'm used to it being roast beef, which was a let down. So for myself in this case the price very much outweighed the product.

I made a reservation for myself and two friends visiting from Australia. As always, I wasn’t disappointed and my friends loved it…….from the location, the furnishings and the food and service. We shared the charcuterie board for starters and 2 of us had the mussels and clams and the other guest had the halibut. We finished with the cheesecake. The service is always great here but last night it was impeccable with explanation for dishes and checking to make sure we were happy. It’s my go to place for fine dining in Burnaby!

This has been & is one of my favourite restaurants for the past 15 yrs. I went with my family on New Year’s after almost a year later…blame it on the pandemic😊We ordered the house specials…scallops, pate & the soup, as share plates between three of us. The first two were disappointing but the soup was pretty good. We ordered three main courses…my daughter & I shared two of the main courses, which were, lentil based lingcod & crab/lobster bamboo rice dishes. They were ok & felt, it was not to the high standard of this establishment. However, the third main, beef tenderloin was v good. All said & done, this restaurant will remain as one of our favourites & we live in the area.

First time at this restaurant. Read the reviews online. Lived up to its expectations. Fantastic wine list and not overpriced. Waitress and severs could not have been more attentive. Would recommend highly to family and friends. Only criticism - a tad loud and the 2 seat tables were tight for space and were beside the bar which caused the increased noise level. Hands down thee best meal in Montreal. The server was so charming and helpful, even though we didn’t speak any french he took such good care of us. The smoked salmon was stunning and delicious! My husband had the filet and said his mouth was exploding with flavour. The seafood trio was perfect and the sauces were *chef’s kiss*. Plating was so elegant. Dessert we had creme brûlée (duhh) and “coffee with sweets” which was a delightful treat of two macarons and a small cheesecake square. It was our 10 year anniversary and our serve put a sparkler in our creme brûlée which was a sweet gesture. The ambience was very elegant and sophisticated. You must go here if you plan to visit downtown Montreal!

Our server was amazing. We have had the same gentleman the last two times we were in and he was great with checking my dinner was safe as a celiac and also suggesting great wines. When they were out of milk which my daughter requested he suggested a Shirley Temple which was great. Only complaint we had was we waited a long time for the bill but then saw on the table we could pay via credit card at the table. Would have been great to be told about this at the end of the meal or to receive a bill as we prefer to pay by debit.

It was a great choice for a place to celebrate New Year’s Day family dinner and our daughter’s birthday. Food was good as well as the service - even it was crazy busy the staff was attentive and kept us posted.

The chefs here pride themselves in attention to preparation and detail, and the final products reflect it. My go-tos at Craft Farmacy are: Korean Pork Bun, Steamed Clam and Grilled Octopus. If you were to try one dish though, try the Korean Pork Bun - it's a fusion style sharing plate that bring sweet and savory pork, lightly sweet and pickled veggies, Korean Kimchi and Japanese sesame style sauce all together in perfect harmony. The dish comes with 3 buns but if you have even number in party, ask them for an extra bun and no one has to fight for the last piece.
