The Sunday brunch at the Bristol is nice but it is nothing compared to what it used to be before COVID. We are regulars at the Bristol and love it no matter what but the brunch menu is so limited it's disappointing. We love everything else and will continue to be regulars but sure wish that the menu would expand and that maybe some of the brunch items would reappear.

We had prime ribeye and petite filet mignon with country smashed potatoes and broccoli. The every dish was great. Only downside was that the prime ribeye, even though we asked for it to be well done, was burnt. It was still tender. So we ate it. I would still recommend this restaurant especially for date night! 5 star experience (almost) all the way. Thiago and Mary are by far the BEST servers of any restaurant in Tampa Bay. Food is always amazing. Perfection on so many levels. The only opportunity for the managers here, is we expect a high end 5 star experience. Fara was an amazing server, friendly and adorable. We loved her. Food was great. Chairs and tables are close together in the Presidential Room, and speakers with loud country music playing made it so everyone close around us was talking loudly to compensate. I didn't really care to hear the people behind me and their conversation. This is of course not a reflection on Patti's and doesn't change us returning soon! Salt rock grill is one of the best Restaurants in Florida hands down. A lot of other places you pay more for less or more greasy fried versions. There early dine options are very yummy, price friendly and even three course. With even very reasonable drink prices in that time frame. They know how to do it right from start to finish. It’s the highlight of eating out for us when we come to Florida. The Sea Bass option is fantastic, and rock the boat. The kids steak and shrimp for $10 is wonderful. Thanks so much Salt Rock for keeping prices affordable and food excellent.

We had an excellent dinner and outstanding service provided by our waiter, Matt. He was extremely accommodating and very gracious. We sat in the bar area and the piano player, Howard, played beautiful piano music while we ate. If you haven’t tried the Summit restaurant, I highly recommend sitting near the bar area which is quite cozy so you can be serenaded by one of the best piano players in Orange County. The Christmas decorations were still up making the perfect ambiance for a wonderful evening at the Summit Restaurant.

I really love the atmosphere here and the food used to be very good (I even had my bridal shower here), but the last view times I’ve been here the food just seems tired. The menu hasn’t changed for a long time and there was nothing I was really excited to order (and they ended up being out of the first two things I settled on…). I wish they would update the menu and switch things up a little!
