We had prime ribeye and petite filet mignon with country smashed potatoes and broccoli. The every dish was great. Only downside was that the prime ribeye, even though we asked for it to be well done, was burnt. It was still tender. So we ate it. I would still recommend this restaurant especially for date night! Dining at Etch on a Monday evening, the place was hopping, service was attentive to details, kitchen was “on”. We began with creative cocktails and sharing roasted cauliflower. Four of us ordered 3 different entrees, and each was found to be superb. Had to share the roasted Brussels sprouts, too. We can honestly say each item on the various plates was delicious. I would go to Etch for the Brussels alone. It is so enjoyable to have expectations exceeded. Thank you!

Having been a customer for over 50 years, I appreciated the the new, softer colored walls. I didn't like the smaller tables and how close they were to the next one. We all loved the shared oyster mushroom fritti though at $19, expensive. Whole Foods has fresh oyster mushrooms. My husband loved the cheese cake with berries and is still is still raving about it. The couple at the table loved it too. I ordered what was listed as a butterscotch tart. I make butterscotch and I have no idea what my dessert was. Not butterscotch. Disappointing. But, we will return. Last night a friend was telling me how much she loves the new bar and the bar menu so I will try that soon.

5 star experience (almost) all the way. Thiago and Mary are by far the BEST servers of any restaurant in Tampa Bay. Food is always amazing. Perfection on so many levels. The only opportunity for the managers here, is we expect a high end 5 star experience. What an amazing experience! I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday on Jan 1 and they did not disappoint! We were given a personalized menu that wished me a Happy Birthday printed right on it! Talk about a big smile on my face! The service was spectacular and the appetizer, drinks and food were scrumptious! They also surprised me and my husband with complimentary glasses of the best tasting champagne to toast with and a lovely end to the evening with a candle lit birthday dessert 😁 Thank you Southern Social for making my birthday celebration a special one!

We had an excellent dinner and outstanding service provided by our waiter, Matt. He was extremely accommodating and very gracious. We sat in the bar area and the piano player, Howard, played beautiful piano music while we ate. If you haven’t tried the Summit restaurant, I highly recommend sitting near the bar area which is quite cozy so you can be serenaded by one of the best piano players in Orange County. The Christmas decorations were still up making the perfect ambiance for a wonderful evening at the Summit Restaurant.

I really love the atmosphere here and the food used to be very good (I even had my bridal shower here), but the last view times I’ve been here the food just seems tired. The menu hasn’t changed for a long time and there was nothing I was really excited to order (and they ended up being out of the first two things I settled on…). I always love Uchiko. The food is always amazing. My only complaint- I had specifically mentioned that we were celebrating my son’s birthday and they never acknowledged it. Our server was lovely though and clearly she wasn’t told. Make sure to order Hama Chili, Komaki roll and Madai nigiri- our 3 favorite menu items.

We've been going to the Washington Inn for 20 years and -- after 20 years and many, many meals -- it is as good as ever. I had the pork chop dish last night and it was great, especially the collard greens side. My wife had the crab cakes and also was impressed. Chef Mimi is a treasure.
